Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

The staff were friendly and obliging. We had to call housekeeping for a few items, and they were prompt and helpful.
The apartment was spacious (we had an executive suite). The kitchen was stocked, although it would have been nice to have some kitchen towels and dish soap to do the dishes rather than leave them for housekeeping.
We used the metro during most of our weekend, but taxis were easy to find. The hotel is within walking distance (3 minutes) to Sharaf Metro Station, and within walkin

The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - this is something special

Excellent location. Right beside the Mall of Emirates and stop for the hop on bus tour. The room was clean and comfortable accomodating our needs. There was construction work being carried out outside the hotel which seems to be happening in most areas around the city, but we were woken quite early. Just something to be aware of.
