The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt. When we arrived we were led to a resting area while the receptionist checked us in. Anything we had to sign or check over was brought to us while we sat, relaxed and enjoyed an Arabic tea. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful.
all reviews » I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service. The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience. Even the most basic of rooms were pure luxury. The attention to detail by all staff was second to none. The little things made the biggest difference, while sitting at the pool all guests were treated to free ice lollies, cold face towels and bottles of water, all very welcome treats in soaring temperatures. I can't rate this hotel highly enough. The service was AWESOME. From the time I checked into the Club Junior Suite, I did not lay a hand on a bag, or want for anything from food/drink to pressed shorts. The facilities were beautiful, the staff accommodating, and the beach great. The location, right across the street from shopping was also excellent. Everything was top notch. Fabulous!!! Great pool-area. Direct access to the great beach from the pool area. Fantastic club-lounge with top service, and excellent small dishes throughout the day. If there is a "do not disturb" sign on the door, the thing to do is quite simple. We had 2 calls within 2 hours from the housekeeping asking when would like our room to be cleaned (when we had the do not disturb sign). It was extremely problematic when our little baby was having the afternoon sleep at that time. wifi only in club lounge. When we checked in we were given a room with no view of the sea (as advertised on this site for a deluxe room)on the ground floor at poolside. So we addressed this and it was not going to be changed by the staff member there then luckily another staff member stepped in and gave us the room with the view as promised on letsbookhotel.com.so after that we were very happy. the sunbathing on the beach topless,not good for children. Even Club rooms do not include WiFi!!. Although there was free Wi-fi in the public areas, it was very expensive to use in the room. No free wifi in the room. The fact we couldn't stay longer. Nothing. Nothing it's great for family with kids. Nothing!. Nothing. - pool area needs urgent upgrade (water chlorine vs salt water) also depth and shape. Staff didn't inform about children facilities which i knew it in the filled survey online later.construction in the area, part of the hotel was closed. Nothing. Nothing. really, nothing I did not like. Nothing. My wife did not like the Ladies Salon ( Hair Dresser ) , Laundry ( They put my clothes in the wrong room so there was an early morning chaos to find my clothes because I had to leave for an appointment ) , poorly trained men masseur for me , lobby seating is not so confortable. Nothing. nothing. Electronic alarm rang in the middle of the night despite having switched it off. Poor selection of beer Poor selection of whiskey in club lounge. the price is a bit high but overall worth. The far proximity from popular malls and locations. Front desk was very disorganised, check in was one of the longest I have ever experienced. Our room was not ready until 5pm. Had to ask 3 times for a late check out, given our late check in we felt this should have been offered to us and we shouldn't have been put in the position of having to ask. There's no power plug in the bathro for the hairdryer. It was perfect.

The Balinese-inspired Spa offers a range of over forty different treatments. In addition to the Spa’s eight treatment rooms, there are two ladies only treatment rooms. The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Dubai uses the beauty treatments of Carita, a French based beauty house whose range is renowned for its ultimate rejuvenation and anti-aging skincare experience.
