  Room was very clean and spacious. Although the restaurant was not yet operational I found the staff very courteous and professional. - pleasant surprise, 3 mo old hotel. Staff very courteous. Room nice and fresh, amenities nice. Free wifi internet was fast.

  I travel to the UAE often and this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Great for business and a holiday alike. Imagine having a bath looking out to the Dubai skyline. Book on... what people say » the Internet to get great prices, it was not cheap when I called but the rates on the internet are amongst the best I have seen for a good hotel - th - This was my second stay at the hotel and just as last time everything was working perfectly fine. Perfect location, smooth check-in and check-out, very nice pool and fitness facilities. During the cooler months you can walk to JBR Walk, which is only 10-15 minutes away, or you can take a stroll on the Marina Walk, which is just outside the hotel. Being connected with the Marina Mall there is plenty of shopping and dining facilities close by if you don't want to have your meals at the hotel.

  1) The location is amazing! It's in the middle of the wonderful jbr which is full of coffee shops, restaurants, merchandises, .... etc. 2) The breakfast buffet is memorable experience! the offered food, the place, the service, everything was perfect! 3) You feel the staff professionalism when you check-in, or call for a service, till you check-... what people say » out. I need to mention the name of "Danyal" who was so kind in even choosing the words he spoke. 4) The rel - We booked for a twin bed but when we arrived the hotel was fully booked! I felt so disappointed but the manger came to as and gave as a room for that night in another movenpick hotel and arranged everything for us and the hotel lemo toke us there,,after coming back the next day we got an upgrade for bigger room with free breakfast and free access to the lounge,,the hotel staff was friendly and they were always asking if we need any help and they were updated with any order we made..

  The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt. When we arrived we were led to a resting area while the receptionist checked us in. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful - I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service. The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

We almost never had to get into a car, which is important as Dubai traffic is worsening. So, this creates a peaceful area - This is my second stay at this amazing hotel. Of course not the last one. Location and view marina are the best . If you stay at this hotel , believe me you don't need to leave the area ,cuz everythings you need around you. I recommend this hotel to my self and everyone .

  I liked everything about the hotel! Startin with the staff, always very helpful with everything i requested them. Also always paying attention in evertyhing i needed to make my stay even better.   Our stay was excellent and extremely enjoyable from check in to check out. Excellent value for money and we will definitely stay with the hotel again in the future. - The beach was amazing...very clean and well organized placement of the reclining chairs; the beach bar service was spot on, and great access to water sports.

Christina at the front desk was a gem as I needed to arrange a few things for the trip, she explained all the options, and was very accommodating of the requests and requirements I had. Even though there was a major construction happening in the area around the hotel which also ruined the beach view, we were still happy with the pool available in the hotel and the other facilities like the bar and restaurants. The breakfast was impressive with lots of selection. And the staff was very helpful. Room was big, comfortable and very clean.

  We have been there for the second time. Also the kids want to return to this very good hotel which is not that large as other hotels in Dubai. We like the very friendly atmosphere there and the location at the bottom of the palm. Both the sea-view (on the Palm incl. Atlantis-Hotel) and the City-View are magnificient. The city-view-rooms are a bit ... what people say » larger because they don´t have a balcony. We like the beach-access although we swim in the infinity-pool or in the long pool of the Westin-Hotel. The - I liked everything. Starting from the staff at the reception, and their warm welcome, we were upgraded to a better room, after we arrived to the room, the staff called to welcome us and check that everything is ok. The pools are great and there is a lot of them. The kids pool has a big umbrella so kids can swim under the shade. The beach is open sea. There is a variety of top restaurants. There is a kids area with lots of toys. I really loved everything and I strongly recommend this hotel to ot
