Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

Cleanliness of the rooms - The housekeeping staff were very nice, kind

My best mate and I stayed at Pride Hotel, and were welcomed warmly. Excellent location literally across from the metro station. Our studio apartment was clean, comfortable and thought it was brilliant value for money. Would definitely use pride apartments again!! :)

good location. i stayed in a 2-bedroom-apartment, which was a great value for money. very clean. all the necissities are available. i'd certainly come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends - verey nice hotel .

we booke an appartment and because of flights arrived about 4am, your staff were fantastic and because our appartment was not ready as check in was not until 2pm they rang round and found another appartment for us and took us to it. - The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms are better than the photographs suggest

We spent 15 days in this hotel.
Breakfast cost 36 Dhm per person and was pretty good. Fresh orange juice and basic range of food were adequate it's price.
Our two and half years old daughter was eating for free.
Small shops are very close and all needed goods can be bought there.
Fridge was noisy ( we stay in one-bedroom suite, so it didn't disturb us during night, because kitchen was separate).
No taxi driver knows the hotel, but all of them know Holiday Inn, which is very close.

The staff were friendly and obliging. We had to call housekeeping for a few items, and they were prompt and helpful.
The apartment was spacious (we had an executive suite). The kitchen was stocked, although it would have been nice to have some kitchen towels and dish soap to do the dishes rather than leave them for housekeeping.

Had an Excellent stay in Fraser Suites Dubai. Spacious One bedroom with fabulous view of Dubai especially Palm and seaview, I felt I was at home. I stayed in one bed room apartment.Location is a steps far away from mall of the Emirates. Every thing is new, I felt that I'm the first guest at the room, like kitchen wares and electric appliances. Towels , living area, sofa, bed all are brand new. Staying was a nice experience, try it before rooms worn out. I didn't eat there to tell my opinion

Perfect Location 3 min from Emirates Mall and 10 min from metro station.
We reserved for an appartment 3 rooms but we had reached the hotel we didn't find it so they gave us 2 app. 2 rooms what was better for us and internet was for free as apologize :) -
