Very well priced, even as a budget location is was very a very nice place to stay, rooms were adquate size, large bath and shower, great roomservice and restruants within the hotel, I do not have a singe negative thing to say about this hotel. It was a 5-10 minute walk to mall of emirates, taxis were also available any time of the day, I would definetaly book here to again. The staff were lovely, the hotel was stunning. they had a great range of facilities we ate at the Chinese resturant which was beautiful I would certainly recommend it and the late bar had a great atmosphere. the hotel was in walking distance to mall of the emirates all in all a great holiday we will definatly be back to Dubai and will be booking this hotel again.

I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel and I also found it great value for money! :). Staff are very good. I booked a single room as all other rooms were fully booked, but when I arrived, they upgraded me to a double room, so my 2 kids were very happy as they have more space in the room to play. i liked the lay out and cleaniness of the room the the entire hotel specialy the bar. the hotel is close the the shoping mall and in a quiet area away from traffics. i recommended the hotel to my friend. We like this hotel and the staff are very freindly to us and the do their best to make u happy this is my fifth vist and if you meet Jeeny at the receiption you will understand why we like this hotel. The room service menu in the room binder is not the full menu - there is a separate menu that has a better selection from their specialty restaurants downstairs. Quality of food from the binder menu decent but not great (cafeteria food) - the other looked quite nice. The tile work in the bathroom needs to be cleaned of old moldy grout around the shower and tub bottom. Some grout was missing and some had been replaced by someone who was not professional. The rest of the room was very nice. Nothing except for the fact that one elevator of the 3 elevators doesn't take you to the parking floor in the basement and it's very annoying and time consuming to wait for one of the other elevators to take you to the basement. Wifi charges in the room ( but free in the lobby). The Internet is chargeable and I think if its not will be a plus for the hotel guest and the hotel will receive more customers. N/a. if u don't have a car you have to wait a taxi in front of the hotel or to walk about 10 to 15 minute to mall of emirates to take the subway. Room was too small and the view of the back of a building from our window. Not being well during stay. Internet was not free in the rooms, only in the ground-floor lobby. Location is not fantastic if you don't rent a car. By car, you are 5 minutes close to Emirates Mall and Burj Al Arab but 15-20 minutes to Dubai Mall and 30 minutes to the airport. Lousy translation of room items No power plugs in the room. the smell of food in the lobby!!. Overpriced. Bar was locked if no security deposit was provided. No wi-fi in room delay in cheking since we book through booking.com. The bed matress was too soft which cause backpaine for me. The elevator to the car parking is only one and that too is complicated when you try to take it directly from your room floor. Not being able to have free Internet access in bedroom.the sunbirds were grubby.we stayed in your hotel last November and had the same complaint.a poolside bar would be nice.staff just stood around in the shade chatting not even clearing away unused towels from the beds.a wider range of English television channels on the television. Small room. in all my last 5 visits to the hotel the bathroom shawer is not located correctly on the wall. Had to pay for wifi unless in the lobby,. 24 hour room service menu needs more variety. Restaurants atmosphere. Overstressed staff. Hotel Restaurants opening hours. Free wifi only in lobby. Breakfast not included. The parking is really small and only one elevator from the parking which will take 5-10 minutes to come to you. a little more service and internet should be free in this age, it is a little cheap not to provide internet. regards.
