According to my 2 years of experience with Auris plaza hotel I consider it to be one the best hotels in Dubai for several reasons: 1) as a five star hotel it is much cheaper compared to other five star hotels in Dubai. 2) 24 hours a day of a very excellent services. 3 ) the hotel room is luxury and its system is fully automated ,free internet services inside the room or any other place in the hotel. Also whenever you plan to go out of your room and need somebody to clean up your room, all what .
all reviews » I am very impressed by the hotel location, luxury and friendliness of the staff. The room was ample in size with modern amenities. From the time of airport pickup to dropoff, our stay at the hotel was very comfortable and I will be recommending the name of the hotel to all my colleagues and friends. I had read reviews of the dining room being very crowded at breakfast time (which is actually true) but this was handled very efficiently by the staff and we did not have to wait even once to be sea. From arrival to departure the experience was excellent Attentive and helpful professional staff who were friendly and chatty with local information re shopping malls, places of interest, shopping and tourist hints. Our 2 bedroom suite was enormous and very well appointed with King Bed and 2 King Single beds. The location is central with a 20 minute transfer from the airport by the hotel Mercedes luxury MPV and only a 5 minute walk to The Mall of The Emirates. Value for money with the 2 bedroom. Staff were very friendly and professional. They did their best to make our stay at Auris Hotel very special. They were always there to answer any questions, guide, and give directions. I liked the brilliant location near Emirates Mall, few blocks from Marina Mall and Dubai Mall as well.. And I liked the free valet service, free internet wifi, free swimming pool, and the very nice act of offering us a free of charge breakfast for 3 days, as a welcome greeting for our first stay! I also liked the. We were very impressed with the hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful and did not blink an eyelid when we asked for a double room instead of a twin room. The facilities are excellent, everything works seamlessly, free fast Wi-Fi, great bathroom, the spa is great. The hotel great value for money. If you are on the 13 and 14th floor check the executive lounge! The hotel is 3 minutes walk to the Mall of Emirates a great shopping centre and is directly connected to the metro station. I had a medical . Everything. Staff is excellent. We arrive hotel early in the morning after a long night flight.Staff at reception prepared an upgraded room and provided to us immediately, although our booking to start at mid day.wonderful stay right through out. Also provided us with late check out till 5:00 PM since our flight was at night. Was in an executive room and thus had access to Executive Lounge, whose staff were a delight. Following a great breakfast menu, cold and warm snacks were available all day and evening. We found everything great value for money. This was our first visit to Dubai and we wanted to see as much as possible. We therefore booked via the Concierge a private tour of the city which was great and the concierge was just so helpful. i have been to Dubai several times, but i have stayed in Auris Plasa for the first time, it was my best staying, everything was nice and talking about it self, the spa, room service, excellence friendly staff, near to Emirate Mall and other transportations, great location , quite and safe, my family loved it as it was realy nice to stay, you will love the free Nespresso, i will definetaly stay there everytime i visit. The hotel exceeded my expectation. the room are spacious, well designed and very clean. the staff are responsive and friendly and the location is near a very popular mall which has all type of restaurants, movie theater and lots of stores. even thought I stayed at more luxurious hotels, I highly recommend Auris Plaza, and give it a well deserved 5 stars. 1- close to the metro 2- close to Emirate mall , walking distance. Although the way is not properly paved for that purpose and the mall is not designed to those who walk in. beware of cares especially in the mall parking 3- Situated in the barsha 4- clean and comfortable 5- breakfast is good 6- check in was fast. I must commend here the hotel manager Mr. David who surprised my family during the rush hour of breakfast doing all kinds of manual work lifting plates and pouring my kids tea. I was impressed initially from valet parking and walking into the hotel by the wecoming atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. The room was spacious and clean with adequate facilities. I dined in the restaurant and received the same friendly attention and an enjoyable meal. The pool area was also clean and welcoming. Becase of a cancelled flight, we only stayed two nights there, instead of three. As we prepaid the whole stay, receptionist offered us an opgrade to suite, which of course was appreciated by us. A decent hotel, wi fi internet was functioning well. The hotel is 300 meters from one of the bigger malls in Dubai. The hotel is well located behind the Mall of Emirates. You can actually walk there. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet is the best in town. Thumbs up to the chef. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a nice hotel to stay. Clean and spacious rooms, I had standard and suit rooms; well trained staff, good breakfast however it is not 5 star comparing with other Dubai 5 star hotel similarly for the swimming pool; prefect location for whom looking for shopping. Our concierge (big friendly black guy) took our two bags, each 30kg, and delivered them to our room so quickly that we even did not see that. Very happy with our stay there. The hotel was superb and has very spacious rooms (suit) and near to Emirates Mall which makes very easy excess to the hotel. The staff in the arrival before reception was extremely welcoming. This hotel is extremely a very good place to stay,I would suggest everyone to have such excellent experience.I got a surprise (Nice Cake) since I mentioned my visit was of my anniversary. The rooms were exceptionally nice. I especially liked that the coffee service, including Nespresso was included, as were bottles of drinking water. The bed was like a dream come true. absolutely nothing! Everything was great. I didnt like the small size of the swimming pool and the eraly closing of the restaurant at midnight, taking into consideration that the hotel is located very close to Emirates Mall and that some people might return from their shopping trip little but late, especially during long holidays. For people who are travelling in couples, make sure you ask for a room away from floors with families and kids. A little bit noisy in the elevators hallways whenever kids are going up or down. Nothing. There really wasn't anything. wifi cant be accessed in hotel room, but it wont change my opinion i will still stay there whenever i visit dubai. Nothing that I think of. When we wanted to make reservations for SPA treatments the staff at the SPA reception was not that friendy end it ended with that only on of us actually made a reservation. a better(more comfortable) pillow is worthy of this hotel and could solidify its 5 stars. 1- the gym closes at 10 PM ( never used due to that) 2- Lunch was not good 3- No nearby restaurants to go to , the closest are the one in the mall. 4- the entrance for the hotel and lobby is restricted by furniture. It gets pretty crowded in times. We arrived late but our rooms were not ready despite our specific written request and out call before out arrival. Nothing ... the hotel is fantastic!. Suboptimal WiFi sometimes. They only faults were the constant reminders to vacate the room and requests to check the mini bar hours in advance of checkout. Nothing. Absolutely perfect. The soundproof is very bad, you can a child screaming at hall or a car in the street or a noisy neighbor. We had to wait a while before checking in and then only one room was available instead of two. We lost at a lot of time waiting for the second room, housekeeping said it was ready, reception said it was not and that we couldn't have had a phone call saying that it was... And there is an odd odour in the rooms... Valet parking was not great, one time they took me to where the car was actually parked!! Instead of them bringing it to me. The breakfast verity was not that much. My wife wanted to go to the Beauty Saloon in the hotel but it was operated by a guy. Would prefer if the beauty saloon is focused for women only with women staff. visiting the roof top pool, I was modestly dressed in 3/4 length pants, sleeved shirt and shoes but as the only woman I felt very uncomfortable. A dozen men were there in the water with their children and looked unimpressed by my presence. I found out that the complimentary bottle water was open and I could't drink it,so I had to contact the room service,the thing I liked is they appologized and replanished quickly ,thanks for that. Everything is good, breakfast area could have been bigger but its nice. Reception staff seemed a bit unmotivated. I mentioned when I checked in that I had sent an email for an airport transfer and never heard a reply- the lady at reception seemed very uninterested in this. The bell boy stayed in my room talking for about 10 minutes and made me feel a bit uncomfortable as I was alone It felt a bit odd. But the actually hotel itself is lovely. The driver who dropped me @ the airport, it was a hotel taxi and he refused to start the meter and asked for a package but I didn't accept after some discussion, eventough he was asking for extra money for salik which was not shown in the meter. Not really close to city center, but everything is reachable by taxi. Shisha bar (ground floor) should improve the quality of shisha!. There should have been more lifts, as there was always waiting time at the lifts in the morning. (up to 7-8 minutes sometimes). Swimming pool is small, housekeeping. We did not like the quality of breakfast offered. It definitely needs improvement. It is a dry hotel. No alcohol of any type is served in rooms or restaurants. It is good to have a cup of wine, or a beer after a tiring travel or business day. The staff wasn't what you expected in 5 stars hotel. They are slow and some of them got an attitude. Although its nice to have free wifi but the signal was weak and the connection was slow (better than charging you I guess) still they could make it better. The gem need to improve. The break fast wasn't good as all of the hotel elements. It makes you feel that it doesn't belong to the hotel at all. Restorant was bad. هنالك امر واحد فقط .. الواي فاي لا يصل للغرف الاخيرة .. The staff in reception must be more trained as this is second time I was attended with “probably” new staff which should not be on the rush and busy day duty to avoid frustration to guests and such comments. Restaurants and spa were expensive. Sounds outside the room can be heard inside including housekeeping knocking doors in other rooms.but this is a very minor need of improvement that can be considered otherwise no comments on this hotel. Pool hours were very short. Closed at 7 pm.
