Everyone is wonderful. My mahal and I had a wonderful time. The service is outstanding. Everyone was very professional and friendly, great location.It's a new hotel, so everything is neat and organized. Staff attention to guests. Pay a lot of attention to details such as coffee and dates in the lobby, very pleasant scents in the hotel. Pool area looks small but nice. Easy parking. Great TV ( many choices) and Washing machine ( I'll get the same for my flat...!). Close to amenities, convenient walking distance, friendly and well-informed staff.Very convenient to Mall of Emirates. Basement parking a great asset. There policy not allowed for early check in, I came ‎‏4‏‎ hours earlier and they refused to ‎check me in tills I paid half day payment. Jugging machine in gymnasium weren’t ‎working well.‎it was very hard for taxi's to find it. Internet slow, construction in front of hotel makes it a bit noisy and dust makes balcony useless!. Lot of construction around the hotel!!. A/C was very humid. The internet connection. Needs to change setting from the laptop to get the emirateswifi connection.Even by cable connection doesn't work at all.There is no restaurant or coffeeshop for midnight room service at the hotel. Clearly early days - TV didn't work until someone came to fix the receiver; no sign indicating where swimming pool was...but these are minor points. I was pleased with the hotel.the hotel is very noisy and me and my wife could not sleep because of the noise of construction outside the hospital. too close to constructionn site, noise will be a problem. Lots of construction round hotel, but this is the norm for many areas of Dubai. Due to this construction, the walk to the Mall of the Emirates is around 10 minutes. the internet is very expensive and the constructions in the area were disturping. construction around hotel too noise. building site just next door, apartments small and with some maintenance problems. the noise alot of noise hard to sleep and lack of information in the rooms about the the hotel facilities. No food room serivce only beverages. delay in responding to requests. Some of the Staff are not trained well. This is my second stay here. Previously had same spec apartment but it was much larger. this appt. hyad very little crockery available. Housekeeping did not replace toilet rolls!! evening reception staff (male) incompetent but not in his eyes! Better properties close by at a lower rate.parking. Almost impossible to find the location. The map is totally inadequate. None of the taxi drivers can find or know the apartments. I spent 3 long taxi journeys trying to find the premises and numerous phone calls to the hotel trying to guide us there. Not easy to get taxis outside the premises. Impossible to sleep as there is 24 hour construction work taking place within yards from my room.room size was too small. The receptionist was not able to get up and wish while checking in.During check out was the same. Bed sheets are of worst quality . I couldfeel the detergent roughness in the linens. Carpet is also worst. Nobath robe provided or slippers.no tv in the bedroom. Tv channels are allarabic.they couldnt even find my booking when I reach teh hotel.Small rooms without just a table for working. No soap and champoo in the bathroom, they just deliver it after asking many times for it, with half empty bottles!!! The room design is so bad that the wardrobe can not be open. Lot of construction noise around it. Internet too very expensive. As a summary, it is not a hotel to use. worst hotel i have stayed. service worst and small rooms. Could not fault anything about the place the staff were great and pleasant and it was really near the mall of the emerates.
