The location is near burjuman metro ,spinneys, al karama metro few minutes walking,there is supermarket in the back,have mosque inside,they let us check in 8:30 am I really thankthe stuff and the management..the washing machine and the shower was not working they changed my room directly,I had enjoying in this hotel,clean,special the philipino girl and theman of night shift,I will stay in next trip inshalla.
all reviews » i stayed in London creek last Dec. 02 and i must say, it was really a great experience. The staff is so helpful and friendly especially Ms. Jeanelle. She helped me a lot and made my stay at the hotel as if I'm home She given me a very good room and i love it. I will definitely book again in London Creek. Overall the hotel apartment is excellent and the location is great next to supermarket Spinneys. Walking distance to metro and shopping mall. Rooms are good and comfortable. Internet used to be free. Staff is helpful and the receptionist Vijay Laxmi is pretty and friendly. A very good location easy access to groceries, restaurant, malls, metro and etc. And a very good staff hospitality and a sweet smile that we received a very warm welcome from Ms. Jeanell a young lady in front desk. Also they have a spacious room , quite and clean. staff was very nice and the hotel and room was very good defenitely i will come back again. It is about 5 minutes from the 24 hr Spinneys supermarket ( It was a lovely surprise that Dubai ha started 24 hr supermarkets). Noe that there are apparently two Spinney's and ours was popularly called the Spinneys with the McDonald's with nice outside dining with a view of the highway. I used to stay in this hotel before, this time the room provided was not that much clean and the bed size was pretty small. I had to stay in Dubai for just one night, that was it seems to be just okay. This hotel apartment is good Value for money , based on its location . Only the environment and maybe the staff. Nothing, this hotel/appartments/ is totally rubbish. Wifi not free please make it free,food smell in the floor and lobby. They are charging the interenet when it used to be free. there is only one burner working in the cooker The tea and coffee was not complete. Every thing nice. Internet connection was a problem, it used to be free, but now they charge alot. No free internet connection in the room. Comfort and cleanliness. Washrooms are very small. The only bad thing about London Greek Hotel Apt is the charges of the internet It should be free and also the parking are to tight and difficulty to park. they should change the TV set. The dismissive attitude of the night manager when we wanted to go for a swim after 9.00. Need more cleaning particularly bathroom give bad smell it require proper disinfection and plumbering. None. The reception is always very busy. I don't. Like a none sleepers toilet need more towels. The furniture is old. the harsh behavior of reception (old man) working in night shift. Next day laundry Food. Taxi never came for a pick up even after prior intimation!!!!!!! The room key was to be programmed twice for a two night stay!!!!!!!!!!. The Filipino staff she is not friendly and while talking over the phone even we didn't finish the conversation she give the phone to other person without even saying hold on or excuse me. Need more inprovement . The staff. The hotel in Bur Dubai had the tiniest Kitchens ever without much facilities for an Apartment Hotel but then I hear there are two "London Creek". I stayed in the one on Al Mankool, Kuwait street. It seems all they had were studio one, two bedroom apartments. The Front Desk manager was not friendly on arrival but he did apologize. I do not like bad reviews because other staff more than made up for it but the truth is that I spent 3 days and I was in another Hotel. studio apartment's bed size. it was pretty small for young couple with an infant baby. Room furniture is too old . The rooms are small, the kitchenette is not well equipped, wifi is not complimentary, the a/c is not working well and the price is high. No value for money. But the staff and there cordination wid the guests are v v bad. Staff, old furniture. they ask for all the rent money in cash once you chek inn not even allow you to the morning while the have my credit info. they dont change the bed cover every day , towels are old. Had an issue with my credit card initially, and was asked to resolve it by 6pm or booking would be cancelled. Showed up at 2pm and was told no rooms available as the manager tried to pull a scam and give my room to a higher-paying client (it was the weekend and they were fully booked). I had to threaten him to get my room. Rooms are dark and dirty; Rooftop pool filled with pain flakes; stove doesn't work; faulty equipment in tiny gym; TV is old cathode-ray tube;. - The staff isn't friendly - House keeping didn't clean the room well - WIFI is a paid service - I requested for extra towels and waited for 30min and didn't receive them, then called the manager to complain and his response was that by policy they don't provide more than 1 towel per person per night, which made me upset. There was no possible way to convince him that we needed 2 towels. This makes the hotel not customer-centered at all. All, this hotel/appartments/ is totally rubbish. well I realyy dnt like the facilities when I inter the room the room was totally dirty unclean they dnt even clean the room who left before I hate the person on reception the old man the way he talk was rude dnt evn answer me properly I will never eve take this hotel again. Staf is very bad room is not clean.
