Good for overall. Wi-fi speed is faster than the other 5 stars hotels as they provided individual password to access Internet. Kitchen is well-equipped, we can fully utilized. Downstairs lots of small grocery stores opened until 3am, you won't be starving after midnight. All staff from reception counter to the house keeping are very helpful. The receptionist even helped us to call & chase the local tour agent and the driver to come pick up us as the car was coming late.

Our 1-bedroom flat was spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The room was serviced daily, with fresh sheets and towels on alternate days. The beds were excellent, and the ensuite bedroom had a wide safe balcony. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the Mall of the Emirates and the metro station. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the location was very close to Mall of Emirates and the metro. The reception made sure to catch taxis for me several times. There was not much noise from outside even though I stayed on the 1st floor. The internet worked fine. Spacious rooms with appliances and household equipment that made me think of having a long term stay, excellent furniture and very nice housekeeping, helpful staff, We noticed that the cooking pans were scratched, so they changed them out with a new set in its box. Great location walking distance to Emirates Mall.Great services such as car hire coming to the hotel for delivery & pick up of car.Midnight pharmacy service delivered to the hotel.Very family friendly!Enjoyed my stay!. very nice hotel, staff are excellent and free parking ..the good thing for family is going to flat directly from parking without go through reception .. more one the Wi Fi is free and available on all areas inside hotel. So it was not delayed that much - it was just that I needed to leave at 8.00. If there was a kids play area. Shuttle bus to the nearby MOE was non operational during our stay. Sometimes there was a smell in the flat!. Cockroaches and insects appears in kitchen !!. Don't expect too much of the swimming pool... Internet signal is weak inside rooms. Not very clean. Even if the sign 'Please clean the room' was put on the door, the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned even once during the week. The breakfast is easily predicted because it is the same on daily basis. House keeping needs to be improved. I had to ask for bathing soap twice. Nothing. No negative comments. Rooms could have been cleaner. Unfortunately we booked during a very busy holiday period, so prices were very high. Usual prices at this hotel are reasonable. breakfast AC control in hall was not working. Nothing to comment on. Breakfast buffet was not promising. I arrived earlier than check in time, but they stick to stated check in time although the apartment was free and no body is occupying it. Lobbyy is very small. Standard of food was pretty poor. Breakfast. Seemed pretty routine. Would have preferred more variety. The wi fi service though free, epileptic and frustrating. none. The "Health Club" is not great...a very small room with poor air con and only one treadmill and a weights machine. The bathrooms need more light and modern finish. A fitness very weak does more exercise devices. KFC resturant is smelly and the chicken smell is all over the hotel. bathrooms are not that much clean. Not good breakfast and soke furnatures needed maintenence. NO TV channels option. They have to renew every thing uses like microwave or catel if they old and not healthy. Breakfast ok for the price but would pay more for proper buffet breakfast. The internet service is not satifactory. I could hardly connect to the connection for which I have username and password. no disposable toothbrush provided. The menu the gas was not working need to add more tv channels. Breakfast is very poor. I suggest that you increase breakfast price and have a better most important meal of the day. kitchen could have had more plates, cups etc. hard to find taxi outside the hotel.
