The rooms ate spotless very comfy beds you have freeview tv , free wifi , tea& coffee faclities ensuite shower room & the breakfast is beautiful we didnt eat for the rest of the day

Absolutly everything! The feature room was stunning, the bar food was delicious as was the breakfast the next morning. The staff were wonderful. The receptionist was so kind and helpful, the waiter was lovely, and the kitchen staff were so accomodating and made me alternative meals when they were low on ingridients, resourceful and delicious! All we wanted was a bed and breakfast for one night we got that and more the lady who met us was very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful she accommodated both our motorbikes without an issue and served a beautiful breakfast Gables Nest comes with the highest of recommendations and is perfectly placed for the NEC

On arrival I was welcomed with a warm friendly smile from Kate who signed me in with no fuss and showed me to my room. The room itself was charming and spotlessly clean and as a frequent traveller I had two of the best nights sleep I've had in many a night in a small hotel.

Being a sole female traveller (for a two night stay while I sat exams nearby) I was extremely relieved to be welcomed in by Kate (the proprietor) who I felt made it her priority to make sure I was comfortable, informed and reassured throughout my visit. The bed was a dream to sleep in and the breakfast was more than substantial with Bill even helping to defrost my windscreen one morning! Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Wonderful stay and from the moment we were shown to our home for the weekend, it was perfect. Couldn't fault the friendly and knowledgeable service, the apartment was really well kitted out with the basics and also non essentials - really good hair dryer, even dishwasher tablets and we especially loved the Molton Brown shampoo! Views over the city centre were brilliant. Great location too - not far from anything. Brilliant weekend and our home for the weekend could not have been better!
