What people say
brilliant location for shopping at bullring and the Christmas market - you should advertise more at this time of year. staff very well trained. food for breakfast good value and good quality. great nights sleep - no noise. high standard of cleanliness. it is not that we are easily pleased as we travel a lot and stay in many hotels. we recently decided that premier inn are one of the best for value for money and yet high quality all round. all reviews »
I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel ,
Very tidy and clean , comfortable bed , clean bathroom ,
And very quiet , good window isolation from outside noise ,
Delicious breakfast , really enjoyable ,
Receptionist helpful , I needed to print some documents urgently and she helped me with this .
Perfectly located , in town centre and close to train station , what more can you ask for .
Perfect , would definitely recommend .
Ideally located in the City Centre next to New Street Station. Excellent value for money with very helpful and efficient staff. Good breakfast, and food in the restaurant (dinner) is also good quality. I would certainly recommend all aspects and would certainly stay again.
We could not recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff were fantastic in particular Lisa, Cameron and Joyce. Our son is disabled and required a puréed meal which the restaurant did for us specially. Fantastic location, lovely food, clean and comfortable.
It was near the station, in the centre of a busy city, yet quiet and the curtains kept the room dark! no easy feat with building/road works going on.
Good breakfast with healthy options . We were given a great room with disabled bathroom. Brill shower!.
loved the freshness of the hotel and young keen staff who made both me and the wife very comfortable. the bed size and bedroom where very comfortable.
friendly staff, all clean, nice view over Birmingham skyline, comfortable bed. Perfect for one night stay for a business trip.
Location, value for money, comfort, facilities all excellent. Service
quite good too, extremely friendly and pleasant staff.
Helpful staff, good city view, quiet room, comfortable bed, bath, restaurant, able to leave bags after check out.
Friendly helpful staff, convenient location, spotlessly clean, quiet, excellent food in restaurant, inexpensive.
Great Premier Inn. Basic but warm and comfy room. Great for a budget
stay right in the centre of Birmingham.
I like the fact that it was centrally located, the staff was very polite and price was good.

Location.
Every thing is great.
Rooms, decor, staff.
Central location.
I liked the room and the location very nice. I also like the idea of me getting my money back, just waiting to see if it really happens first.
Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Clean.
No phone in the room to call reception or order food in the room , no fridge .
Nothing.
£24,00 to park in the nearest car park for the night was terrible and made the stay very expensive. the automated check in which took two staff to show people how to operate so they could of just checked us in and the fact that if you have any problems during the night you have to call an 0871 number that costs money and with no phone in the room would of cost loads.
No parking I gues due to construction works in that area. Difficult to find reception when entering the building. I also got lost in the staff staircase.
Slight confusion at desk with booking (hotel police not clearly
indicated on letsbookhotel.com with regard to number of adults allowed stay in
Quad rooms) but was sorted out in the end. Minor issue though,
everything was excellent in the main.
Poor selection of teas in room.
The directions to the hotel on both the letsbookhotel.com and the Premier Inn
website are really confusing- don't follow the postcode on a sat nav
as it is completely wrong. It is literally just outside the station in
between McDonalds and hsbc just off New Street.
We went out Saturday night and when we came back in the lift wouldn't work. So we had to take the stairs. We thought being on the first floor it would be the next landing up but we had to walk abit but away from that no fault at all.
Had no dislikes about it would definately use again.
N/A.
The queue at checkin. More self service checkin computers needed.
Pillows were a bit hard
Limited menu in restaurant
The check in system.
Bed a little hard!.
Difficulty to find!.
cannot think of anything.
Too expensive for a budget hotel; no parking or concessions with NCP; were told restaurant was open until 11pm, arrived after a walk at 10pm to be told it had closed?.
Parking.
The wireless is too slow, and get disconnected every 10 minutes I
checked out 6 days earlier and until now they have not refund me.
No late breakfast. Lifts confusing to use with card.
Lifts . Only one in use mid afternoon due to service. Other one then did not seem to work in sequence of calling .
Your directions on the internet are very poor.
Being woken up at 4am by a Faulty Fire Alarm and being left outside without any communication for over and hour. And then with my dodgy arthritic knees have to walk 6 floors up and down with my luggage because the dodgy alarm has been rigged to silent but is still on meaning he lifts don't work.
Can't find hotel when reached. From the map, it indicated the wrong street. It should be beside the train station and not the place it indicated.
