  Everything it was fantastic. The Spa room we had was so quiet and beautifully appointed. Food in the Restaurant was superb as was the service of the staff. - The service was outstanding from the people at reception, waiters at the restaurant. Being a vegetarian, the staff were very welcoming and accomodating.

  Absolutly everything! The feature room was stunning, the bar food was delicious as was the breakfast the next morning. The staff were wonderful. The receptionist was so kind and helpful, the waiter was lovely, and the kitchen staff were so accomodating and made me alternative meals when they were low on ingridients, resourceful and delicious! Abs... what people say » olutly loved it :) - The best part of the stay was the wonderful restaurant Peels. The food was wonderful , the service excellent, all presided over by James Hill - whose vision was not one of short term profit but long term success. The general good nature of all the staff seemed to mirror his vision.

  I recently stayed at the New Hall hotel and spa as a birthday present for my partner and, the overall stay in the hotel was truly fantastic, the hotel itself is picture perfect, room was amazing and although the food was expensive it was well worth it. They handled the situation very quickly and were able to make a new booking at the price we had originally booked. The rooms were very clean and we had an excellent view over Birmingham.   The owners of the hotel/guest house and their family were very friendly. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable with quality toiletries in the bathroom. There were extras in the rooms such as towelling robes, slippers, soft drinks, bottled water, crisps, biscuits, tea, coffee, (complimentary). Nothing was too much trouble for the owner... what people say » s and their staff. 3 of us were in Birmingham for a concert and were close to the LG Arena. We booked a single room and a double room for 1 night.The - Cannot fault this hotel. Very home from home. Set in a quiet location on the edge of a housing estate with a park/nature reserve to the side. Great owners who were very welcoming and attentive and who couldn't do enough for us. Hotel has nice touches such as the complimentary mini bar. Lovely room and good breakfast to start the day. Close to NEC,10 to 15 minutes walk to/from the local station and 4 minutes on the train to Birmingham International. Thanks again for a great stay. Will stay again
