From the booking process through to our check in all was first class. The apartment had superb views over city and was just the perfect location to explore birmingham. The lady that checked us in was I think called Anna and I must thank her for her kind and warm helpful nature ! She could not do enough to help. all reviews » Wonderful stay and from the moment we were shown to our home for the weekend, it was perfect. Couldn't fault the friendly and knowledgeable service, the apartment was really well kitted out with the basics and also non essentials - really good hair dryer, even dishwasher tablets and we especially loved the Molton Brown shampoo! Views over the city centre were brilliant. Great location too - not far from anything. Brilliant weekend and our home for the weekend could not have been better!. ALL OF THE STAFF are the positive so lovely and so helpfull. The apartments are fantastic and the place was spotless. Brindley place is a great place to be based and to get to the NIA was just a short pleasant walk. If you want to be in the heart of Birmingham, close to all the best attractions, with the nicest people to look after you, in a super apartment do not choose anywhere else but Saco Brindley place. I have stayed at similar rental appartments in the Birmingham area and Saco were extremely helpful with an excellence service. The appartments were spacious and a very high standard with great views. I would definately book again a frequent travellor to Birmingham. I would also like to thank all the staff from booking to actual receptionist for helping our stay be a memorable one. Wonderful staff great location clean and elegant apartment .. What can i say about the view ?? Simply amazing . We really felt i home the big terrace add the feeling of relaxation and comfort . It's your luxury home .. Not a hotel .. Strongly recommend it , you can find a hotel anywhere but such apartments .. Only few. The spartment was spacious and well equipped. I was in a group of friends (2 couples) and it was so much more relaxed than having 2 separate rooms in a hotel. I use hotels a lot for business - never again. If there is. SACO apartment available it will be my first choice from now on!. By far the best apartments I have stayed in Birmingham - by a long stretch. Very friendly staff don't think I can ever stay in a hotel whenever I am in Birmingham will definitely stay at SACO apartments. Apparently the temperature control in the shower i(master ensuite) didn't work and was too hot.None. Nothing, extremely pleased with all aspects. Nothing. Nothing!. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Microwave was dirty, and there wasn't enough hot water for a bath. Other than these two minor points, it was awesome. N/A. It was perfect- nothing not to like. A few minor issues with the apartment -- blocked sink, broken wifi on the first day. But these were resolved in good time. Bed a little bit hard. Notthing. Minor mix-up on arrival over the room rate, soon sorted. the pillows very narrow single beds. Nothing. found it difficult to find by road, maybe black out curtains in bedrooms, only minor -ve's. Unfortunately our apartment faced Broad street which was very noisy, considering we were on the 10th floor it was considerably noisy! The beds are not comfortable and there was a rotting smell coming from the main bathroom. The lack of free parking. Bed a bit hard. Wasn't as clean as I would have expected. A lot of dust and hairs in bathroom. The shower needed a good scrub with bleach. Layout can be a bit confusing when trying to find your way to the lifts. Nothing. Metal stairs area bit chillyin the morning!!. Bath taps were confusing. Metal steps. The whole deposit thing is a bit stressful and different.

SACO – The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport. A refundable security deposit to cover “additional charges“, including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay, may also be taken and you will be advised whether this is payable at the same time. This will vary on the size of apartment you have booked. Group Policy: A group booking is considered to be 3 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking, full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. A security deposit, as above, will also be required for each apartment booked. Unfortunately the property cannot guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. Please note that guests are responsible for their visitors. Non-residents will not be allowed access to the apartments after 23:00 and there is a strict no party policy. A security deposit between GBP 500 and GBP 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. SACO Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A damage deposit of GBP 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
