Food fantastic value for money, bar prices you would be lucky to find in your local pub - not hyped up to usual hotel prices, staff who let us into our rooms early, superbly fitted out rooms with proper satellite TV (not just two token channels), brilliant, well equipped health suite and to top it all off a very n... what people say » ice buffet breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. - Staff was extremely accomodating. We travelled with friends and oursmall dog. The staff was very accomodating of our needs, allowed us alate check out time, and even stored several bikes for us. The hotel wasnew, clean and the leisure facilities were quite good.

  Rooms are excellent value for the money and I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of cleanliness. Beds are warm and comfortable. Rooms on the ground floor along corridor behind the front desk seem to be in a quiet position, with no evidence of noise from other areas. The hotel was in an excellent position for ease of getting to Motorpoint Arena, which was just across the r - As we walked in the young lady on the reception was very polite and helpful the position of the hotel was excellent there is no parking but we parked in the st davids centre directly opposite the hotel and were there for 20hrs and it only cost £11 if you dont want to take your car the train station is only a 5 minute walk the room was really nice and facilities were very good already planing another stay at the ibis would reccomend value for money especially as it was only a 2 minute walk into

  The staff were excellent, very friendly and great service. We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - easy to get to , facilities were very good. staff were very helpful as one of the 2 rooms booked did not get to the hotel system. It was remedied with no fuss or problem

  I was too late for the restaurant but the bar provided a very nice choice, I had tuna salad sanwich and a glass of wine, just right. The room was fine and the bath and hot water lovely.   We were very impressed with all the staff, and were made to feel very welcome and looked after. The hotel looked great and was extremely comfortable. - Everything was professional and prefect. This is a first rate hotel.New of course, but a welcomed choice over the regular dives in Neath.

  This is a great place to stay, close to the cia, all the shops andrestaurants and the train station. You come and go as you please. Thestaff are extremely friendly. The rooms are bright and so comfortableand the continental breakfast is excellent. All this on a budget price -every city should have one.   This is an excellent budget friendly hotel. Our room was large; very comfortable with arm chairs; and above all serviced throughout our stay. In bitterly cold weather the room remained very warm and cosy. There was hot water to be had from the bathroom facilities at all times. The food/drinks in the very friendly bar/lounge atmosphere was exce... what people say » llent. Why travel around looking for restaurants when 'Green Acre' is able to provide such fare. The Breakfasts included in the pppn charges, full E - The room was ideal and we could park outside and bring our luggage in and out. Very warm and comfortable with a very good television. We had a very good meal that evening in the restaurant and an excellent breakfast in the morning. The staff could not be more helpful and replaced the light bulbs in the bedside lamps when I couldn't get them to work. Also the staff came and showed me how to lock the door when I couldn't do it.

  The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Very upmarket feel to the corridors and the room was very nice - Because of my mother we had to have a room for disabled. This was excellent as there were two bathrooms.

  Our excellent host Lawrence was extremely helpful, caring and went out his way to make our stay most enjoyable and happy . The breakfasts were excellent.the bedroom was extremely quiet with excellent views of the beautiful grounds, fishpond and waterfall beneath our bedroom window and in the distance, views over Neath. On our last day Lawrence ferried us to our friends in Bryncoch to pick up our car where we had left it overnight - Really nice place in a lovely location just outside Neath and handy for Swansea Bay and the Mumbles or exploring Camarthen Fan (Black Mountain). The place is a credit to the owner - Lawrence Morgan who has worked hard over many years to establish a top quality guest house.

  My request for a quiet room had been taken into account. They were very accommodating. Room was quiet, clean and safe - juts what I needed for a good night sleep. - The stzff were eceptionally helpful and went out of their way to show consideration and high quality service.   Ease of self check in Elgar was similar to the first apartment I stayed in with this company I have stayed in many and I keep returning as I rate them very highly. I recommend booking more than 1 night to really feel the benefit of a home from home apartment and usually all for the price of a hotel room!   It was above expectations. We were impressed by the cleanliness and well organized rooms and tidy kitchen. The price was fair in comparison to other hotels. The flat was not tight as compared to most UK hotels and flats. It is an excellent choice for the families. - The apartment was spacious and well decorated, and also conveniently located.
