The guys running the B&B were fantastic. They were extremely friendly, helpful, informative, easy to get along with and cooked a great breakfast. They accommodated my wife's gluten free needs extremely well.
Facilites were very clean. The B&B is within easy walking distance of the shopping and restaurant areas that are close by. We have booked to return again in about a month or so.

It has to be said, this is a truly wonderful place to stay. No paper thin walls, hard beds and noise here. If your're on business and you've had a hard day and want to relax this is where you need to be. If you like the thrill of mountain biking and want some scary trails - this is the IN place to stay.

Afan Lodge is an amazing hotel and made so by the family of mountain bikers who run it
It's got the lot if you're into mountain biking from a hearty breakfast before your ride, advice on trails to ride during the day and local food/beer to drink on your return (and all without having to get in your car once you arrive because it's located in the middle of the trails)
But if you're not into mountain biking and just want to explore this beautiful part of the world you'll get a similarly warm welc

The hotel is very modern - everything is very clean and new looking. The rooms are a good size - we had a quad and a double, and the quad was huge.
Good to have tea-making facilities included.

The location was really fab, a great view. It was really quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable, and the room itself was extremely clean. All these things are important when staying at a hotel I feel. Staff were really friendly, even if I wasn't first thing in a morning!!

I liked the fact that it was located so close to the city that I couldeasily walk to major tourist attractions. We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, will be going back and will recommend to friends and family.

Rooms are well appointed with everything you need. TV with loads of channels, tea/coffee, iron, hair-dryer, alarm clock and phone.
Bathrooms usually have bath with shower over but I have had a room with just the shower which is fine for me. Towels are really big and fluffy which earns brownie points from me.
Bar area is comfy and bar staff lovely. Had lunch here which was very tasty altho a bit pricey for a sandwich

The staff were super accommodating and allowed us to check in at 1130am. They wished me a very happy hen do and were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are spacious and give off a luxuarious feel. The door staff in the evening ensures that no drunken randoms come into the hotel and disturb anyone. perfect location for anyone visiting Swansea, easy to park in the mulitistorey that the hotel kindly validate your ticket so its only £5.

During my booking I added a note to say that I intended to propose during my stay.
When we arrived at the hotel the staff advised that they'd upgraded us to a business class suite on the top floor. The room and the view was fantastic. Champagne was sent up and it set the scene perfectly to pop the question.
