    Hotel was easy to find, great for parking, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff were first class, friendly and efficient.     Hi again everyone , im staying here @ ibis hotel in plymouth this week , this hotel is so relaxing very close to marsh mills shopping centre. Staffs are very nice and friendly, good value for money. If you are visiting Plymouth for either bussiness , pleasure, weekend get away, family trip or just plain stop over then I would recommend this hotel.... what people say » ... Very good value for money. By the way theres a bus stop nearby that goes to town centre which gives the guests easy access if they want to go to c - staffs are all amazing, ibis plymouth team thanks alot.     The beds very comfortable, breakfast very tasty and set us up for the day, quality food cooked well. We were a family with a difference i.e. an 87 year old mum with two off her six children aged 64 and 53 ! The price allowed us to visit our older brother who is very unwell. The hotel very accomodating arranging a third single bed in the room.     The manager Tony was fantastic. He made us feel very welcome and was freindly.Natalier was also freindly and welcoming.The food that the head chief Sally prepared was excellent it was cooked fresh and served piping hot. The staff that served our breakfast was efficent and also freindly. The room was clean and had sufficent facilaties such as Tea/c... what people say » offee Etc. The bedding was clean and there was plenty of clean towels available in the room. Everyone made us feel so welcome as though we had been go - As a cycling group, several of us arrived late but they kept the kitchen open late to feed us which really was appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic and set us up well for our second day of cycling! Lovely place with friendly staff.

    a very friendly and easy-going welcome to the hotel. a great family to stay with, lovely breakfast, amazing view from our room at the rear of the hotel. Julie wanted to take the bird home and i wanted the chameleon! mum loved her comfy bed and the black pudding! we didnt want to leave. will def recommend and use ourselves if we need to stay anywher... what people say » e in ilfracombe area again. - Definitely liked the friendly staff, big cooked breakfast, cleanliness and the deceptive size of the hotel...looked small from the outside but lots of space and comfort inside.     Really enjoyed our stay there - staff were extremely helpful and well mannered. The service at the dinner table was very attentive without being intrusive. The pre booked evening meal in the harbour view restaurant was really good with plenty of choice.     We have stayed at the Moorland before and have never been disappointed, the makeover is very good, the food brilliant.     Our favourite hotel on our trip.We booked a small room with en suite and it was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was brilliant, right on the harbour. Food was great, people were friendly and a very relaxed attitude. We loved Ilfracombe itself, so much to do and see. Plenty on offer for all types of people. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and huge portions. Nothing was too much trouble and even carried our bags up to our room when we said we could manage. Highly recommend paying the extra for a luxury room, the spa bath was fantastic size with plenty of hot water and room for two! Also the huge bed was straight out of fifty shades and really comfy.

    The bedroom was spacious, clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable - as it was winter the room was lovely and warm - however we were able to turn the heating down during the night - lovely thick quilt - we did not need heating on as well. Wendy and Morris were good hosts and although we were not eating there in the evenings the food is good ... what people say » as we have eaten there in the past - breakfast is as simple as you want or you can have one of Wendy's Full English breakfast - yum! We had great slee - This lovely old Inn is an absolute jewel, it is clean & comfortable & has huge rooms with very large beds. You are made to feel special as soon as you walk in, the food is first class, nothing seems to be to much trouble for Wendy & Morris & they will cater for your every need. The inn is tucked away deep into the country side & has no light pollution ideal for star gazing, we will be staying here again next time we visit Devon.

Save on parking fees Tea/coffee mak - Lovely hosts and staff made the stay at the hotel very enjoyable. Very good breakfast in the morning too. Also, good size room for a solo traveller, double bed. A really pleasant stay and I am looking forward to staying there again.
