    The staff were very helpful at all times and very nice pleasant people to be in the company of over Christmas. The room was lovely and very clean, and beautifully decorated. On arrival we had chocolates and a small gift as we were shown our room, which was a special touch for us both. The breakfast was perfect, and just the right size too. We will ... what people say » definately visit The Cranleigh again! - The location of the Cranleigh is really good, the rooms where all really nice especially the deluxe suite that we stayed in and the bath was absolutely superb and made me totally relaxed! The breakfast was really nice and the views from the rooms was brilliant! I would recommend the Cranleigh to everyone and I'm looking to book stay for my Mum for Mothers Day!

    From entering the log house to leaving all the staff were very helpful and friendly.The food was delicious and the portions were plentiful.The restaurant was a delight to sit in and the bedroom had great charm with one of the biggest and most comfortable beds ever. - The Log House was superb.     The Edwardene is classy, friendly and impeccably maintained. The room we were in "Heather" was compact but only because the ensuite had been given generous space to include a full bath. A good trade off and the remaining space was cosy and equipped to a high standard (e.g. Laura Ashley bedspread). The breakfasts were excellent and friendly. I woul... what people say » d happily pay the little extra to stay here again. - Marie and Russ did special things to help me access the single room, as I have a bad knee. Russ carried my luggage to my car, parked a block away. This was especially appreciated. Marie phoned me to let me know that they would carry my luggage downstairs for me. Great comforter and pillow, extra pillow on bed. Location close to restaurants and shops.

    Excellent location. The apartment was very well equiped and the ownermade us feel very welcome. Although we stayed there in summer it wasquite cold and wet but heating was available all day if we wanted touse it. It was a real home from home which made catering for a childvery easy. - The guest house is very warm and welcoming and cleaned to a high... what people say » standard.
