    The location of the Hotel is fantastic. In the middle of nowhere! The history about the Hotel is fascinating. All the facilities the Hotel offered are first rate. The staff are excellent, the food gorgeous and the rooms very clean and tidy.     The hotel was in an ideal location in Windermere. We have just purchased a boat at the marina, and this was ideal for us. The hotel was excellent, food excellent, facilities excellent, and staff extremely helpful. We were greeted on the front desk by a gentleman called Giles, extremely helpful, brilliant first class service.     Plenty of space to move around in the room and to hang your clothes up, Freeview tv & radio, comfy bed, tea making facilities (we took extra tea bags & milk), plenty of parking space, fairly close to Whitehaven (by car), option to eat at Brewers Fare - I have stayed in this hotel before.     Reception girl was really nice, had professional approach to all my questions and tried to help me out whenever we needed..Room was really clean and free wifi was a good facility every one want to use and enjoy..,and free parking..free cancellation if u change ur plan also give u a peace of mind.. - Friendly staff, and clean room.     The manager Tony was fantastic. He made us feel very welcome and was freindly.Natalier was also freindly and welcoming.The food that the head chief Sally prepared was excellent it was cooked fresh and served piping hot. Everyone made us feel so welcome as though we had been go - As a cycling group, several of us arrived late but they kept the kitchen open late to feed us which really was appreciated.     I loved the way when I turned at reception the receptionist (Wendy) asked "have you come far today" that really was a good question for both sides to gauge how tired we actually are! I had a child asleep on my shoulder and a 5 year old on my own and was asked if I would like some help with my bags- it was great not to have to ask for help!     We could not fault the friendliness of the staff or the facilities provided. Nothing was too much trouble and being able to have unlimited drinks (tea /coffee) in the room instead of the odd couple of sachets usually provided was really appriciated as was the fresh milk.     As always a really good night's stay at a Premier Inn. You can always be assured what you get will be clean, reliable, and friendly for a great price. In this case, the front desk staff member went above and beyond in helping us get our laundry washed and dried, which was a real help a week into our vacation. - Large room, clean.     Very efficient and friendly staff, our stay was very comfortable with all the facilities we needed.
