  The hotel was very comfortable and the staff service was great, i have absolutely no complaints. Wpuld definetly go back. - the hotel was very friendly and the food was lovely. the hotel had a nice cosy ambience to it.

  friendly and efficient, pleasant stay - although the hotel is a big old place the rooms were extremely clean the beds very comfortable, we didnt get a chance to eat breakfast as we awere leaving on the 6.15 ferry but was offered continental breakfast instead. excellent value for money and I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again

  Hotel well situated overlooking the Bay. Booking included continental breakast but we in fact got full cooked breakfast ! Very limited parking which LetsBookHotel.com did not say we had to book in advance however hotel managed to find us a space when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again ;) - I liked the comfort of the room the nice bar and... what people say » the entertainment on the Saturday night. The breakfast was also nice and the staff were helpful.

  Loved the Swimming pool and Spa, amazing facilities with wonderful views and Craignure is best location on the island - right in the middle of the island so short travel both directions to Iona and Tobermory, Bar meals and Restaurant were 4/5 star - great food and staff - We liked everything the staff were very helpful.

  We had a warm welcome after a very stressful drive in snowy conditions. Our car ran off the road! We phoned ahead to explain we would be late. We eventually arrived after midnight and were welcomed. We felt we had arrived at a warm and safe haven. We had a long sleep in the next morning to recover from our ordeal. Oban is a very pretty town, especially in the - Very good price and excellent location close to the town centre. The house was lovely and warm- essential in the winter months. The room had everything you need and coffee as well. They were very friendly and gave us all the information we wanted in a helpful manner.

  Stopped over night after travelling on a ferry most of the day. I emailed them ahead to say we would be checking in late and was advised perhaps we would want to eat before we arrived as the kitchens closed at 9pm, so we were able to eat in a nearby town. We were travelling with our dog and were given a room on the second floor overlooking the lak... what people say » e so that we had more room. Oldie worldly premise that just goes on room after room. We checked in and only saw one lady who was the daughter, she was - Staff were very friendly and looked after our luggage, as we arrived too early. We then went to Inverary and looked around the castle. They even took the bags upstairs before we came back. Room was quirky and lovely. Bathroom too. Breakfast had cereal, fruit, full cooked Scottish breakfast, toast and fish. Plenty to eat. Nice view from restaurant. Also have garden to sit in.

Although not included in the price of room our £8 Full Scottish breakfast was plentiful and the Haggis was lovely.   Everyting at the hotel was fantastic! there was so much more than we expected! Even though we planned ot simply have a relaxing , "do nothing" holiday there was so much to do! Badminotn, table tennins, swimming, haricuts, beauty treatments, eating and drinking! Lochgoilhead in itself is very remote (which is what we with wanted) with fantastic sce... what people say » nery and great walks on your doorstep! - Hotel staff very helpful and friendly..... setting absolutely beautiful.... surrounding area lovely...... very relaxing ... would stay longer next time.... food excellent... cooked to order........ sorry to leave....
