The location was wonderful in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The rooms were comforatable and clean. The breakfast was just what we needed to set us off for the day. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had all the facilities Irequired. The staff were polite, friendly, helpful and efficient.Overall the hotel provided more than I expected for the price.The staff were helpful and its very good value for money.

The room was comfortable, and it was good to have a working TV and a clean kettle (after a very bad experience elsewhere the night before.). The location was perfect, very close to the place of meeting. The price of the room was friendly. privacy. The shower tray was ridiculously small. It didn't matter that the toilet and basin were squashed in but you couldn't really shower in comfort. Also the dining room was far too small and was quite crowded considering breakfast is only over 1 hour 15 minutes. Having said that the breakfast food facilities were very good. size of the room. I invite to decorate this hotel to owner, not very bad but breakfast area was very crowdy in 8:00 to 8:30, Long way to Coach and Train station with luggages, the beat is call a taxi.Small bath and toilet. Very small room,breakfast,breakfast room is very small. No air conditioning, the lift did not always work... continental breakfast was only bread. Lack of space in room, no milk was provided. no storage room gor bags after you checked out, had to leave our bags on corridor. Room very small, bathroom 'pod' very small. Breakfast/dining room okuntil hotel was full on Sat. -Resulted in over-crowding ,queuing anddelays, room over-hot. Breakfast very basic eg no eggs, cold meats etc.Tinned mixed fruit - no grapefruit. The room was tiny, the bathroom was as if it came from a campsite. Dated interior. Felt like i was in a 1970s ferry.We aked for a double room and recieved two double beds and a single. There was rubbish (empty coke bottles, wrappers). The breakfast was poor. The walls were thin, i could hear the people in the next room. Only front desk people are good people. the room was far to small,bathroom fan did not work. reported ,nothing done.and bath room smelt. This was not a otel under any circumstances, simply a large bed and breakfast house. There was no bar or resturaunt as advertised and the price was excessive for the facilities offered and I suspect this is based on soley the central London location. The rooms were cramped and not very clean and the breakfast was very poor, with not enough tables and chairs in the dining room to accommodate guests.
