Great location and excellent local transport. Very nice staff and extremely helpful in finding interesting locations to tour. The room was clean and exactly what I was expecting. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to others. Comfortable for a family of four. Assistance and friendliness of the hotel manager was outstanding. Location was very convenient. Breakfast was ample.The hotel staff provided excellent customer service and were extremely cheerful even early in the morning. The staff were great, the room met our needs. We will definitely stay here again.Location and very comfortable bed. Also nice luggage storage. very family oriented, very friendly staff, great location,. Hotel staff very helpful. The tube and the main attractions of London are close.The cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff. For just a few days it was the perfect place to stay. Very warm welcome, great location, breakfast buffet delicious, and the staff was very accomodating and helpful. friendly and welcoming, good value for money. Attitude of staff - very friendly. I have stayed at several London hotels in this price range and this is one of the best. The location is great - Pimlico itself has many nice bars and restaurants and it is also convenient for ther tube - about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. To many stairs to the top floor. The only thing: towels were not changed according to thepreinformed schedule. The door lock need some fixing as my key seem to always get stuck.The room should be more cosy. Not really. size of bathroom was small (however shower was excellent). ...even the fact that rooms are not very spacy and when you are in the toilet+shower you feal like being in cupboard :) But that is common in MOST of London's hotels :). Very limited choice breakfast buffet, would have liked some hot food other than toast. the room is small.would have preferred an english breakfast. Bathroom was a bit on the small side. Road noise.I could not close the sash bedroom window, so therefore heard the noisefrom belgrave road below, hence little sleep. Price to offered standard ratio. Room wasn't in the best condition and I could smell mould (not unusual in UK though). Bathroom was tiny. Rates should be lower for such a standard, despite the location.Room facilities were basic, had to fetch coffee making stuff and hair dryer from cupboard at reception and TV was poor.
