Excellent location. Very helpful staff. modern and comfortable. It was convenient and good value. Excellent breakfast for a good price. Hotel was clean and nicely furbished. Much better standard that similar price hotels I have stayed in in London. good location quite quiet but not too far from tube. Good to have lift access with luggage and staff helpful about leaving luggage on early arrival.

We have two rooms, one was on the lobby floor and all noices of kitchen condioner is in the room. They changed our room quickly by our request, that was very nice. Location was very good, safe to walk back to the hotel nigth time, staff was very helpful, room was very clean, coffee and tea were provided at the room, room is cleaned every day that was very important! near to victoria station only 10 minutes walking distance to the hotel. Location. The hotel was near to Victoria Station, which is very convenient for us. The room was clean and not too small, good for 2 persons. I like the coffee and tea making facilities in the room and also the computer at the lobby (chargable) to access email.Good value for money - room was fine for a hotel in this price range. Small, old, slow lift. a bit noisy. On the other hand the hotel wants 20 Pounds deposit for every rooms.We have two rooms and we give 40 pounds deposit. Why did this data state on the website?and Why did check our rooms to control?They just closed our money. This was very inconvenient.TV facilities was not sufficient (only one channel), loby area was small and not enough place to sitdown for shorttime,. Size of single room poor but price excellent so put up with it. Very "thin" walls. even Deluxe-Rooms are very small but clean. After climbing three flights of stairs (friend doesn't like lifts) to find that the door card needed to be activated so had to go all the way down again. If we had have been warned at checkin we could have done it on the way up. Very small and slow elevator. Very cramped restaurant conditions.A bit cramp (very enclosed). the lift, very slow...breakfast was expensive. Rooms too small. Did not get smoking room on first day, though confirmed during booking. Daily deactivation of electronic key ??. room was very cold.
