Very friendly staff. Nice new bathroom/shower. Well working heating (cold period during our stay). Excellent cooked English breakfast. The breakfast was plain and simple. Quiet place, nice breakfast. Quiet road adjacent to Pimlico tube station (Victoria line). Several good restaurants and bar very adjacent serving good food at good prices. Very safe walking round area at night. Very pleasant ambience in area. Tea-making facility provided on request.all reviews »
good location, easy to find. No elevator, we had to climb 64 steps. Not to recommend with larger pieces of luggage. Shampoo only if you ask for it.The first room had a broken hair dryer. The room was in the 3rd floor without lift, breakfast is served until 8.30. Lots of stairs with no lift - as well flagged in other guest comments. Breakfast not available at 855am!!! Not told times and would expect breakfast to be available before 10am especailly on a sunday. Felt ripped off, another couple turned away dead on 9am.
