Friendly personel!. Location is quite near Victoria Train, Coach and Tube stations. Tea and Coffee in the room, wireless internet, clean room and very friendly staff.The location, its 5 mins walk from Victoria Tube Station, there is bus between hotel and Victoria station and other locations of london, very close to Oxford Street and london central, free internet with fair speed, fair breakfast, helpful staff, 24 hour reception on duty and its value for money with considering its location being very central!.

It was quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was also close to Victoria tube and train stations. satff were great and location could not have been better. I read some reviews on this website before booking it. So I heard of the small bathrooms. But when I saw it, I couldn't believe my own eyes because it was a lot smaller than anything I ever imagined of. However, the size of the bathroom didn't matter much to me The only problem I found unbearable was the hot shower didn't work. Imagine having cold shower in Britain winter... real nightmare indeed!. rooms could do with decorating, only 1 tv channel available, room was on 6th floor with no elevators. Showers were a bit off putting. The shower and the toilet weren't very pleasant. There was a lot of brown marks around the plug hole in the shower and it smelt very musty. I am sure they were cleaned every day but it was very unclean looking. And the shower had to be run for 10 minutes before any hot water came through.The decor very outdated (to the point that the room looked dirty, it was just in fact very brown!). The 'en-suite' capsule was clean, but the shower base was worn out (again looking very dirty at first inspection - it was clean). The shower head (Rm10) ran constantly and needed to remain on the floor to avoid noise. The drainage was also poor, risking flood. Poor security, not always asked ID. We had a room with en-suite, but the shower area was smelly and dirty and we didnt attempt to use it. It didnt look clean.we ordered a 3 person bedroom paid for it and when we got there we got 2 double rooms on different floors.Very disappointing and frankly very upsetting!!. Due to circumstances had to leave one night early. Informed the reception well within the 24 hours cancellation policy. Creditcard was credited anyway. Unable to reach the manager locally or via e-mail. Never once encountered the same person at the reception. Shared shower (filthy closet of 1 m by 1.5 m!) only mentioned hidden in the confirmation. Rooms are noisy.Toilet and shower in corridor outside the room and very very small.Facilities old looking - needs renovation, no euro ac outlets (you canget a converter from the desk downstairs), two water taps - one for hotand the other for cold water - hard to mix, one bed was somehow broken,stairs not usable for old people, no lift, no cable tv, old TV-set andproblems with antenna cord. The size and location of the room, the poor breakfest. Most of it: room was not much bigger than a single bed and washbasin, shower in corrider as much as one square meter, no other place to put your clothes than on public corridor. Power point was broken down, room was difficult to reach on very small staircase at sixth floor; breakfast started late. Staff was working chaotic at check in. At first I received a key of a room that was already occupied. was unclean. Dirty, hot, hostal like, I would have prefered hostal accomodation as it would have meant my expectations would have been managed appropriately. Service, people on the reseption, shared toilet, very very small room, dirty - the worst hotel in my live!!!!. Terrible hotel - my shower only had cold water, which I reported immediately but was told I could not have my en suite supplement reimbursed, despite not being able to wash! Hostile staff, dirty room and poor facilities. Never go here. The showers were very awkward to use [nowhere to put anything withoutgetting wet]only one shower out of three was hot ,the bedspreads andcurtains were filthy. It was awful. A real life only fools and horses experience... Terrible bathroom, broken beds and blood on bed covers!.
