I liked the location and also the breakfast was excellent.The staff were very pleasant and helpful and would stay there again. I was welcomed at reception, I stayed in a very comfortable, clean room and the restaurant food and service was absolutely fantastic.Quality of service and facilities. Location was fabulous. Good price for what we got. Nice sized room and decor.

I thought my room was a little small considering the cost of the room, but the room was good and the location very central.there was a bit of a problem when i was paying. i dont use credit cards my room was reserved on my maestro debit card but they were going to charge me an extra £50 per night for "extras" because i was paying this way, which was totally alien to me cash is cash in my view. Sometimes, TV didn't work properly. And the room is quite small ~. The size of the wardrobe was ridiculously (about 20 cm deep with 3 coat hangers), there were no shelves in the wardrobe and there was only a small bedside cupboard available for storing the rest of my clothes. I would only recommend this hotel for stays of 1 or 2 nights. Internet and some digital movies must be free.Room-service food was so-so. the room and bathroom were a bit on the small side. far too expensive; toilet small and cramped; very little space for clothes storage; should not be described as near Emirates Stadium. Some of the staff did not take in account that international guests can have a hard time to understand what is said if spoken fast and with accent.As indicated in reviews-- rooms small and noise from street paticularly "nerh nerhs" from Ambulances throughout the night as near UC Hospital. See-through doors in toilet close to bed-but despite this, slept pretty well. The all-in-one shower / wc was a bit bizarre.too small. hardly enough room to get to the kettle and use it. very litle space for storing anything and couldn't put much on the desk. The room and the bathroom although nicely designed are a bit small. Door to the room opened right near to the bed (format of room), making it feel less secure even though it was. Toilet flushed poorly. Windows wouldnt open at all making it feel a little clostraphobic. The room was very small for the money and the idea of a shoe cupboard for a bath room is not great, especially when the shower is a wet room, meaning the entire bathroom floor ends up soaking and you end up paddling wet feet in to the bedroom. In a funny twist of fate they did provide a bath mat, but where you are supposed to put it on the bathroom floor without it getting wet was lost on me!.
