If you want to use the bus you,ll get one on Euston road to take you anywhere in London you want. The receptionist was most polite and helpful, as were the delightful duo of breakfast waitresses. Immediate hot water in the room, and for the money, a comfortable bed. The way the reception satff went out of their way to change our room

Ofcourse this is something that you find in whole UK.The cleaner didn't knock on both of the mornings to clean our room! We saw the funny side, but it wasn't a good practise. The rooms were small. the bed was adjacent to the wall. It made it difficult getting in and out during the night without waking my partner. Small screen television.Room and shower room a lttle small but ok for 2 nights, would have struggled for longer. The room was far too hot and there was no control over it.There was a lot of noise from other guest, coming in early hours of morning and slamming doors. room was worn out and damaged in places. room a bit small and a bit hot (but fan solved that!). The floorboards are at first comical and then very annoying, but we didn't spend much time in the room for it to become anything more than annoying, also the showers for the larger person may be a problem.The room we were giving was a bit small for two, but we were staying only one night so it suited our needs. Shower is a bit small for a tall person, a whiff of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room which meant keeping the window wide open all night...The net curtain in my room seemed dirty/discoloured. No. As in the last hotel we booked with you the person serving breakfast let you find out for yourselves where juice and cereal etc is so by the time you have found it and return to your table she brought your cooked breakfast so you have to rush. shower room slightly smelly. noisy floorboards!. room quite small but ok as we only stayed 1 night. no early breakfast available i.e. a continental breakfast on a tray in my room. I had to vacate the room at 6am to catch early eurostar train. poor ventilation. the room was extremely small with no space to move around, however as we only needed it for one night this was not a problem for us. The shower leaked a little onto the bathroom floor.Would have preferred bath rather than shower.
