Arrived very early from a very long flight and allowed us to check in straight away. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Helpful staff and great location to shopping, dining and all the sights! Front desk arranged a driver to Gatwick airport at very short notice early in the morning, they went above and beyond to help us. Great hotel and will recommend to anyone going to London. Perfect location in a very quiet area but very close to King Cross station. Many nice restaurants and pub at 5 minutes walking. Also British Museum and University of London are at only 10 minutes walk. The room is small but very clean and efficient, with good free WIFI and a coffee machine. English breakfast (salty and sweet) is included. Good price with respect other hotel.

Gorgeous, big and clean room (twin room, but when we arrived it had a sofa bed, so the beds pushed together and we had double beds really!) and the shower was heavenly! Breakfast was hot, delicious and filling. Amazing hotel, in a quiet, pretty spot in Bloomsbury, it was a our home away from home and definitly where we will stay in the future!. the room is clean and new. staffs are really nice. location is good. Just 3 mins walk to Russell Square underground station and 5 mins to kings cross. There is a small shopping mall near the hotel that u can easy to find supermarket and places to eat. Reminds me of Fawlty Towers - in a quirky way. Andy was so helpful at the front desk- even when the guest line got a little long. Lived the breakfast in the basement - it's more fun than it sounds - room was clean and sheets were spotless. The recently refurbished room was tastefully decorated, yet kept its authentic atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room and convenient location, close to train and bus stations, restaurants and shops was a great plus. Nice breakfast. My room (no. 6) was very clean and it seemed to have been recently refurbished with a brand new bathroom. Quiet location, and the receptionist was very friendly and nice. Superb location near Kings Cross. everything met my requirements! It was in a central location in Camden close to Kings Cross / St Pancras, the furniture and room was clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast was excellent too. I found this hotel a real surprise. The staff where very welcoming and friendly and I couldnt of asked for a more pleasant stay. A great little find to be honest. Simple room was quite adequate and very clean. The location for me coming into Kings Cross was excellent. It was very clean and the staff were helpful. The breakfast was good. no frigo bar in the room and no drink machine in the lobby, but there is a small shop just 2 minutes outside (not in the night!). Many small stairs to arrived in the rooms. Our swipe key card didnt work once whilst we where there but the staff couldnt be more helpful, fixing it immediately and coming accross the road to help open the door and carry our bags. the room is too small which is a very common shortage of hotels in London. the room is just decorated so there is still a smell. Stairs to the upstairs floor are a struggle but I'd definitely stay there again. The room was on the 2nd floor, and it was difficult to lug heavy suitcases up & down. II was only there one night, but really I couldnt fault this hotel. Room card didn't work for entrance, we've changed it for three times. The room was very small. I stayed in a double on my own and could hardly move. The Internet got slow in the evenings. Noise! There was quite a lot of noise reverberating intermittently from other rooms during the evening and night. It seemed to relate to the noise of bathroom extraction fans. Certainly the fan in my shower room was very noisy. Lots of stairs. Other than that, nothing. Not much I did not like. Would have been nicer to have a bath. The breakfast was a bit too ... English : 3 times beans, bacon and sausage, toast with 2 flavors of jam, nearly transparant coffee. Tiny room. Quite a noisy heating system - sounded like boiler working all night long. Shower pretty small but functional. Also had to ask for an iron but really not a big issue as the staff were friendly and helpful. Whilst free wifi is provided it proved a slow connection. Singe room was too small, Third floor - no elevator, very tiny wood stairs to get threre and return with luggage is not an easy job. The dinning area was too small but breakfast was good. Third floor, no lift. A bit cramp for the triple room. WIFI connection was poor. No lift. No desk in the room. The bed took up most of the room. The triple room and twin room were a bit too small. Breakfast menu is always the same. staff at breakfast serving were unable to speak english and no decaffeinated tea or coffee. Small room, difficult to accommodate two large suitcases in the room. Difficult access to room with narrow and circuituous route to room with bags. rooms were a bit on the small side although comfortable. the breakfast was very good but needs more variety. windows were not very well sealed - slightly cold and noisy (but it is London). Bed was hard but you can't please everyone!. room size (small). Nothing really, good value for money, room was small but cosy. Breakfast was great but dining area is on the small side. Rooms are small but this is central London, anyone expecting different is a fool. No lift.Very busy at breakfast. Our room table was moved out without notice at the second day, it's not good. So many stairs!. Expensive for such a small room. Having to go to another hotel for breakfast in the morning . Steep stairs and no lift for luggage. Rather impersonal, and expensive for what it offered -- though this is central London where most rooms are even pricier!. The single bed did seem narrow - I thought that I might fall out of it. The room was small but was fine for one night. The air conditioning did not work so the room felt a bit stuffy. The dining room wasa bit small.
