    The staff were all brilliant, they were very helpful, friendly and inviting, the apartments were gorgeous very clean and loads of space with amazing views of the high street and odeon without their been any noise, I have been once before to the apartments, but my 9 friends had not, but they will all be re visiting again, we didn't get all of the s... what people say » taffs names but we would like to thank david the 2 girls who checked us out of apartments and the man who checked us in, they helped give my friend (t - The apartments were clean and modern and secure and had everything you needed home from home. Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view. The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100% service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely come back. No complaints at all from us.

    The location is fantastic and right in the centre of Liverpool One giving easy access to the centre of Liverpool and also Albert Dock. The room is a good standard, although small compared with the Marriott. The beds are very comfortable though. The breakfast is about as good as it gets!     Hotel was very comfortable and bedroom luxurious and romantic, just as I had hoped as special weekend. I commented on the the picture in the bedroom to one of receptionists when checking out and asked where could I obtain one from, she very kindly then telephoned for web address of artist. All the staff were extremely friendly and natural in their approach and nothing too much trouble. - I loved your hotel it was my first stay at a Malmaison and it was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at - I loved the reception and bar area it was very smart and classy. Also loved the unique touches such as 'the damage' on the bill, the note to say feel free to keep the shampoos etc, and the little room tag 'things could get messy'! I would definitely stay here again! Thankyou!!!

    We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel. Whils - I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and conference facilities I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent. The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet. The bottled water and chocs left every day.

    Great Hotel, great location especially for concerts at the Echo arena, taxi fares from the Hotel are also very cheap so it's easy to get into the city centre at a reasonable price. Opposite the Hotel is a church, walk through the grounds and you come to a pub which you access via down steps, great food is served here, I would reccomend it to anyone... what people say » . - Loved the fact that nothing was too much trouble. The ladies on breakfast duty on both mornings were welcoming, efficient and cheerful. On the Sunday morning we asked for more coffee, milk and sugar to make ourselves a drink before leaving and a member of staff brought a tray of tea and coffee to our suite - didn't have to make it ourselves.

    The staff we really helpful and friendly from the start. The room was lovely and had everything in it that u would need and if there was something else that you needed like a bottle opener if you rang reception they would bring it straight up to you. It was very good value for money for all of the reasons above and also it's location. It was far e... what people say » nough away from the nightclubs so it wasn't noisey but also close enough to them to walk or if your really lazy like we were then it was £2.50 in a ta - Our 2 night mid week strip was partly to see Pink Martini (Oregon group) with the Liverpool Philharmonic, go to museums around the dock area and, inevitably, some shopping - this hotel was ideal for our purposes. 50% of their restaurant meals was a bonus and the quality of breakfast and evening meals was very acceptable. Room clean, good bathroom and bed - not large but not overly small (room 104). For a city centre hotel, very quiet on the Wednesday and Thursday nights.

    The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. Everything about the hostel was perfect, spotlessly clean and well ventilated. From my experience there are few hotels in Liverpool which can compare to the high quality and care put into developing the facilities.     The hotel it's self was fab! Really modern and clean. The restaurant and bar facilities were brill and there was even a Wii to play on in reception. The room was very spacious and clean, big comfy bed and modern bathroom with power shower. There was also a Ipod docking station which we made good use of. Although the hotel was a bit pricey compared to what i would usually pay, it was definately worth it and would stay here a - The hotel is located closed to Liverpool One and many attractions, including Albert Dock. There are many restaurants nearby, also some fast food chains and budget friendly meals (eg. fish & chips). Parking is available in the building across the street with discount rate (ticket to be collected from hotel reception), if guess brings their own cars. A Tesco supermarket is located in this building.

    Stayed here for a long weekend, and it was just about a perfect hotel. Truly merits the stars. The room wasn't big, but it was more than comfortable. Super clean, super comfortable bed, and great linens, great bathroom and modern showers. WiFi access was good. The bar downstairs wasn't too big or busy, but had just enough people hanging out s... what people say » o that it had a bit of atmosphere. But even better, the location was close enough to lots of great, laid-back places nearby that it didn't matter. I - Very close to station, Princes Dock, main shopping area and Albert's Dock. Rooms were lovely and bright and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was nice and big! We didn't have breakfast or eat at MPW restaurant but did sample the cocktails in the bar! The staff were very accommodating, professional and friendly. I would go back.
