  We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel. Check in was straigh... what people say » tforward and our family room, although not vast, was a decent size with two double beds and enough towels, toiletries and storage space for all. Whils - I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and conference facilities I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent. The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet. The bottled water and chocs left every day.

  Great Hotel, great location especially for concerts at the Echo arena, taxi fares from the Hotel are also very cheap so it's easy to get into the city centre at a reasonable price. Opposite the Hotel is a church, walk through the grounds and you come to a pub which you access via down steps, great food is served here, I would reccomend it to anyone... what people say » . - Loved the fact that nothing was too much trouble. The ladies on breakfast duty on both mornings were welcoming, efficient and cheerful. On the Sunday morning we asked for more coffee, milk and sugar to make ourselves a drink before leaving and a member of staff brought a tray of tea and coffee to our suite - didn't have to make it ourselves.

  I really enjoyed our stay at L3. Water Street is in walking distance of Mathew Street and all the main shopping areas. The apartment was spotless when we got there and was set up beautifully. Recommend this Apartment to anyone. - Beautiful apartment, in a perfect location on a quiet street but close to everything, great value for money

  Hotel was very comfortable and bedroom luxurious and romantic, just as I had hoped as special weekend. I commented on the the picture in the bedroom to one of receptionists when checking out and asked where could I obtain one from, she very kindly then telephoned for web address of artist. This type of service one remembers and I would definately... what people say » stay at the Hotel in the future. All the staff were extremely friendly and natural in their approach and nothing too much trouble. - I loved your hotel it was my first stay at a Malmaison and it was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at - I loved the reception and bar area it was very smart and classy. Also loved the unique touches such as 'the damage' on the bill, the note to say feel free to keep the shampoos etc, and the little room tag 'things could get messy'! I would definitely stay here again! Thankyou!!!

  I thought the Merchant Quarters accommodation was especially good. Theoption of relaxing in the living room and even cooking a meal was for usvery nice. The accommodation is walking distance to everywhere and oncewe had parked up in our allotted parking spot we never had to use thecar.   Stayed here for a long weekend, and it was just about a perfect hotel. Truly merits the stars. The room wasn't big, but it was more than comfortable. Super clean, super comfortable bed, and great linens, great bathroom and modern showers. WiFi access was good. The bar downstairs wasn't too big or busy, but had just enough people hanging out s... what people say » o that it had a bit of atmosphere. But even better, the location was close enough to lots of great, laid-back places nearby that it didn't matter. I - Very close to station, Princes Dock, main shopping area and Albert's Dock. Rooms were lovely and bright and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was nice and big! We didn't have breakfast or eat at MPW restaurant but did sample the cocktails in the bar! The staff were very accommodating, professional and friendly. I would go back.

  A first class location, very friendly and helpful staff nothing to much trouble.No noise at night able a get a good nights sleep on the two nights we stayed at the location.Room and bathroom spotless,shower very good and suitable for people with limited nobility.Both lifts in the building worked very well and produced no noise,no time spent waitin... what people say » g on lifts.Would stay here again at a future time no problem.The breakfast was good could not have wished for more, all items were found to be warm an - We both really enjoyed our two night stay. The room was basic but had everything you'd want, the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, we had to lye down after it ha ha. My wife is a coeliac and the kitchen staff were great as they had ordered in gluten free bread for her, she was delighted. The Day's Inn Liverpool is in a great central location and we will definitely be staying again. The staff were dead friendly too.
