  The room was nice clean with comfortable beds and an excellent location (like 20 min far from Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, etc. ), also after check out I could leave my luggages there and I did not need to carry them all my way through the city before going to the airport.   We had a great time at this hotel. We booked the hotel as it was so close to the royal albert hall and was a little concerned about the some of the negative reviews the hotel got. (old,need of refurbishment etc). But this hotel was the best we've stayed in london for the price. 1.
