  I liked the staff there and the best was the man. He was service-minded and spoke with me much. He was very patient. I was happy about the location near to the river and the many bridges. The relaxed and cool style attracted me. - The stuff are really nice! All of them. Comfortable, best area-near to everything, in the heart of the city.   The hostel has so much to offer! The staff are friendly, fun and helpful, the food is amazing (I mean I probably ate the value of my stay money at breakfast) the restaurant they have offers amazing Thai food served with love <3 I will highly be recommending this hostel to all my friends who will be staying in London (and those who live in Londo... what people say » n as well). But the thing I probably liked the most is that it was located just by the River Thames, and overlooks the amazing Buttersea Power Station - The location was great. Bus stop to West End outside. Staff were all very helpful. Free parking on site. Nice breakfast. Free soft drinks. Live band on Saturday and a bed to sleep in. Outstanding value.

  Mo colleague and I stayed here to see a gig at Wembley. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was clean and tidy. Despite what had been said neither of us had to queue for showers or toilets. Having stayed in many a hostel from Africa to America I can highly recommend this one. - perfect location, friendly staff, good restaurant on the groun... what people say » d floor, very comfortable position in the heart of London.   I loved the location - just further up the road from Earls Court tube station - also the hot showers, very comfortable beds and room facilities..ample plug sockets, washbasin in room and an very handy underbed store (bring your own padlock!) for things you don't want to carry round whilst sightseeing...There is also a lounge area with TV and inter... what people say » net (£1 20 mins £3 for 1 hour)..The free luggage storage facilities were a bonus, so I didn't have to carry heavy luggage on the last day...Finally, a - I like the no fuss "fit for purpose" room accommodation which fitted my budget visiting London. The rooms and beds are clean. The shared toilets and bathrooms are cleaned daily. The proximity to Earls Crt station and within Zone 1 Underground stations met my touristy needs. We also needed the kitchen facilities and coin operated clothes washing & drying equipment . The free brochures and information on London & UK available in the lounge is most helpful to overseas travellers like me!

  We stayed in the hotel part but met backpackers in the bar. It was clean, friendly and in an easy spot to get around with buses and tube stop within a 3 minute walk.   Great location near 2 tube stations! Quite small and the rooms on the top floor at first was difficult to find (behind 2 fire doors!) Great place to stay with a fun vibe. ATM machine in the building and computers downstairs - Opposite Kensington gardens and Hyde park you can walk acrid the park to Harrods and Harvey nicks
