The agency lady waited for us to make sure we know whats where, she showed the house, advised about the area, etc. its not a super central location, but still, its very nice and alternative, at least the flat in Camden.

  We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab!   From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the warm friendliness of the reception staff then taken in to the lounge area for a drink and some afternoon tea. We were shown to our room which was perfect in every way spacious comfortable clean it ticked all the boxes. Everything was perfect, very comfortable rooms, clean, location was great and very good service. We had to do a late check out and they were very nice and arranged everything we needed. Very good gym facility. Additionally all the soft drinks are complimentary and nespresso machine and tea available in the room, very convenient. Definitely recommend!
