From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the warm friendliness of the reception staff then taken in to the lounge area for a drink and some afternoon tea. We were shown to our room which was perfect in every way spacious comfortable clean it ticked all the boxes. The breakfast catered for all tastes a buffet was available or a la carte The staff were delightful so efficient replenishing and clearing away so everything ran like clockwork even the interaction between staff was lovely to obse.

We had to do a late check out and they were very nice and arranged everything we needed. Very good gym facility. Additionally all the soft drinks are complimentary and nespresso machine and tea available in the room, very convenient. Definitely recommend!. Design of hotel, genuine artworks. Comfortable and homely, yet stylish. Lovely touches in rooms, slippers, bathrobes, well stocked beverages and snacks, nespresso machine, toiletries. Lovely bar and restaurant area, with extras like curtains for privacy. Seating comfortable. Staff were friendly, attentive; excellent all-round service. Food, good. THERE IS A TV IN THE BATHROOM! I got to soak in the tub while watching "Catchphrase." Awesome. The staff was super helpful without being overbearing. The man helping us with our luggage was phenomenal. Our room was very luxurious, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Everything felt really, really fancy and this hotel was an awesome treat!. Fantastic location and a peaceful relaxing hotel only minutes walk away from Oxford St and Hyde Park. My Deluxe Room was a good size and the attention to detail and friendliness of the staff was excellent. I hope this hotel doesn't get too popular as I want it to remain somewhere that I can always get a room when staying in London!. My adult daughter and I had a most enjoyable stay at The Arch. Arrived very early, and despite the hotel being full night before,they got me into my room very quickly. Very gracious staff. The hotel is very modern; rooms are very well decorated; bathrooms are perfect, spacious, clean, with plenty of gadgets (anti-steam mirror; tv on bathtube). Location was perfect, the hotel had everything you could want (cozy lobby, great in-house resto with drinks), very helpful staff, rooms with actual space for suitcases and equipped bathrooms. a small and very nice hotel, just 4 years old. The restaurant looks nice, but the cuisine is lousy and so is the wine list. Disappointing. Lack of ironing board and iron in room. Available upon request however. Sunday breakfast was slow due to numbers but we were in no rush. Leaving!. Bill wasn't right on check out. More choice in the breakfast buffet. I hope old returning clients can get some benefits.. price. I had my suitcase on my bed and some things around I did not want to pick up. So I put the Do Not Disturb light on as I did not need housekeeping and did not want to move things. No housekeepers came in but both nights someone came in for turn down service even tho the light was on. I wish they had not entered while that light was on. Small public area. Nothing. Not enough water in the room. No tooth brush. Small room.
