Everything about the Charlotte Street Hotel impressed us - the hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, the staff were excellent, and the room was perfect. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a deluxe room, which made the trip even more special. We ate lunch (and breakfast) in the restaurant Oscar, and again, the service and quality of food was outstanding. It is by far my most favourite luxury hotel, and is comparable to excellent American hotels. I can't wait for an opportunity t.

The list is endless this was the most wonderful place to stay in the UK if you want a city break. Superb hotel in a great location, close to the west end shops and theatre land. Beautifully decorated suite, luxurious and comfortable. Received a complementary upgrade as it was my husbands birthday. Food in the lively buzzing restaurant was top notch too. Highly recommended. Loads of restaurants to chose from nearby, although the breakfast here is pretty legendary in itself. Rooms are nice and tidy, although mine overlooked an air-con unit. It is an excellent property. The price is very high, 430£ per night. lively neighborhood at night, but not at daytime. No tea coffee making facility in the room. The lift was temporarily out of order. Not enough time to enjoy it!. Breakfast shared with non residents, and first day not a decent table left. No special facilities for residents. Difficult to get into the bar for a drink in the evening, so went elsewhere. We will not be back.
