The location is excellent. Close to loads of resturants and theatre land. Tranport just a short walk away. From our arrival to departure the staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. All staff in all departments excellent.Comfort. The hotel's fixtures and furniture have a early 20th century feel but are all in tip top condition.

The shower was outdated, too high on the wall (so it wet my hair as there were no shower caps)and the water really got too hot to be safe. Hair dryer was a waste of time, so my hair didn't look good for our night out.bathroom,shower very cramped, but it was a single room. toilet difficult to flush. I thought the staff could be friendly.The bathrooms are a bit dated.
