Members of our group of 6 people were in their eighties, sixties, fifties, twenties and a 3 year old. We liked the space (similar to home) the ability to make meals & snacks and of course a cup of tea. The vancinity was very good. The location allowed us to travel around relatively easily. This is a great servgice you offer. The flat was new and quite nicely located, however the closest subway stop is 15min walk. There are buses though. The agency lady waited for us to make sure we know whats where, she showed the house, advised about the area, etc. its not a super central location, but still, its very nice and alternative, at least the flat in Camden.

The staff were great and accomodated us well. location of the apartment was excellent, very close to st pancras and all major tube lines 24hr concierge prestigous block of apartments. The apartment was lovely very spacious, clean luxurious I loved it! Power shower in the ensuite was lush location was fab close to everything. would definitely recommend. We loved the modern spacious accommodation and its location close to Camden Market and right on the main bus route with loads of amenities near by . The interieur was very fine. Everything was clean and it was like it look likes on the photos. The Staff an the organisation was realy uncomplicated. Kevin the supervisor of those appartmenr is very helpfull man and he is so kind and like to help at any time. His service is tottaly appreseated. accomodation was immaculate and within walking distance of most facilities and ammenities .staff where very helpful and approachable. Prime location, apartment spacious and clean , staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Would definitely return . Very clean morden location enjoyed the stay very much looking to go back very soon. Location was good; 10 to 15 minutes walk to the nearest tube/underground (Camden Town) 2. 5 minutes if you want to take the rail/overground (Camden Road) 3. The property itself was beautiful, very clean, spacious and well equipped. the apartment is big and clean. smart and ideal for our family. 1.Location 2. Friendly staff. The actual room facilities were ok, 2 bedrooms with a kitchen. Booking in was trouble free and staff were very helpful. The apartment was clean and close to the tube. Location. The area was not camden, as it said in the documents we received, but it still had very good restaurants and shops in the area. the central heating was working perfect and the kitchen was ok. We didn't have a teapot. The outside entrance steps didn't have a railing. Note that when you make the reservation, you need to make sure about the address. Each flat has a different address, so make sure to check. We were 6 people and got only ONE set of keys, which is nuisance. We rented the flat for 6 people, but all the beds were for couples, and fit more like 5 people. I left a pair of shoes there, and even though i contacted the agency, they said the shoes were never "found". The bathroom window hinge was broken as was the loo sea and needed a bit of paint in the hall following repairs. The signal for the TV was very poor so reception quite pixelated. Strict instructions for no parties! but 2 adults & 4 children under 12 that was never going to be a problem!. No parking. Had to go to car park up the road and paid £15 for 24hrs. Walk from office to appartment in Chalk Farm Rd was further than expected . Defo catch the bus next time . We missed same appointments. - spatula - bread knife - bowls - tin opener - TV and WLAN was not in work during the first 2 Days. The flat lader is very nrow espisaly for large bages. the noise from the main road,also the large family noise above us.the tv has issues also the internet great if you sit on the stairs,but i believe this is a new venture and all problems will be sorted. Pillows too soft!. The bathroom fittings were a little dodgy and the shower head kept falling off and wetting the whole floor. Limited hot water, by shower six it was cold (we have 6 in family) Very noisy from the apartment above. Take in account that the adesse is not the one showed. The appartement may be better for 4 person. The extra bed was not very confortable. No elevator, narrow stairs to take luggage. the noise of the road. The two bedrooms are directly on the side road. Dont forget your earplugs !. tv not recieving all stations,minor faults in bathroom. Advertised with wifi , but unavailable. The fact we had to pick up the keys from another location. No parking even when advertised as with parking. Apartment was not ready for 3pm checking in. Checked in at 5.30pm. Dealing with multiple destinations to sort keys out. Not recumended at all. Area is not good and secure for famely. Air-condition system is very bad. Flat in july was very very hot. Staff dealing is very bad. They do not have reception staff. The location address in booking websit is diffrent from what they gave me. To far from underground station. 1. The toilets; badly stained under the seat cover. Should replace the toilet seat if stains are permanent! 2. Sofas/sofa-beds are comfortable but not well dusted/aired; musty and we're itchy all over. 3. Rubbish left behind not clear when we checked in. Dared not even open the bin in fear of the stink! 4. Outside apartment very dirty; pieces of garbage bags strewn all over the parking ground when we checked in. When strong wind blows, they were everywhere. The TV was not properly tuned in and many normal terrestrial chanels were not available at all and none were after about 23:00 this was very poor and the language was spanish and there seemed to be no way to correct this. The distance from the office where I had to pick up the keys to the accommodation itself was much further than I had expected and wasn't ideal as I was travelling with my 4 year old daughter. its 2 storey apartmant checking office is in a Different area no enternet. apartment not ready till 5.30pm although stated that check-in is from 3pm. we had been travelling since 9am so very dissapointed. 1. Our check in time was delay due to they haven't finish the clean the apartment. 2. No wifi in our first day. 3. The heater is not working in one of the bed room and the living room. 4. The bed is not comfort, poor mattresses. 5. Only 3-5 channel in the TV, and swinging of signal, poor signal when raining outside, can't watch the TV. 6. In the kitchen, they got pan cookware, but no Slotted Turner or spoon. They got chopping board, but no knift. - Checking in facilities were terrible: scruffy office nowhere near the actual accommodation. Booking details lost and some confusion over which apartment we were in. - Apartment was ok, but lots of lights with no bulbs, no external lights outside so very dark at night, didn't feel safe. - No instructions on how to get the heating to come on, or any of the other facilities. The check in facility was in a terrible location, they said we could store our luggage there but forgot to mention that we would have to drag it up 3 levels! The location of the apartment was dreadful!!! Right across the road from a very noisy bar as well as being on a very busy and noisy intersection, no air conditioning and therefore we suffered through heat and noise!. Its not in Camden, its in Kentish Town. The entrance hall is very grubby and not welcoming at all. Its not big enough for 6, 4 at the most. The road outside is a main road and very noisy all night. This is now where near the inner city of London and will cost you a little over 30 pounds for a taxi near Trafalgar square to the apartment. Be ready to make multiple stops as you have to pick up the key from one location (Camden) and arrival at the hotel which is about 20 mins away but foot 7 by metro, car, taxi or tube. Would not recommend due to the far travel and the noisy hotel 24 hours a day. Do not except to get any sleep. Only one bathroom between six people Not cleaned properly No clear instruction manuals for boiler/cooker etc Only one set of keys for all six people. Although we have an appartment for six people, there were no sheets and covers for pillows and blankets for 5.and 6.person.In the morning we wrote about it to the office although they promised to bring it during the day, nobody comes. So far as the next day. The appartments on Camden Road are located on very noisy street. We stayed at 86 Chalk Farm Road, flat 6. The apartment was full of mould and damp on the walls which was unacceptable as we travelled with 3 babies. The shower and sink were blocked, the toilet lid broken, a huge unexplained box in the hallway taking up space. DO NOT STAY IN THIS APARTMENT. It is not habitable. The staff and management failed to respond appropriately and offer alternatives or compensation. We will be taking further action. long distance between reception desk and the apartment... He location where the key need to be collected is no where near the accommodation. the apartment we had, when we finally bothererd the neighbours to get in! was way too small for us, it was nothing like on the website.. keys did not fir, the pation door could not be locked, so felt very un secure. no matter how many messages or calls we made, nobody responsible came and help. extremely noisy, not 1 night sleep possible for every family member. there was not wi-fi although i paid for it.when we complain to the manager he told us 'I AM SORRY'!!!The bedrooms not as described.Four bus stops from underground.a cheap IKEA appartment. No toilet roll TV didn't work No light bulbs in one bedroom Was not listed where should have been No vat receipt. Piles of rubbish outside building front door Over priced. £20 extra pay by arrival after 9.00 p.m. 6 persons appartment but only 4 chairs No hot water boiler didn't work No wifi although it was promised Bad service It looked like we were put in a smaller appartment as we had agreed.

Apartments are located in different locations in Camden Area (between 5 and 15 minutes away from the office by public transport). Please see detailed information for each apartment type. Please note that parties are not allowed on the property. Guests found breaking this rule will be charged. There is limited parking on the street, and charges may be applicable - but it is free from 18:30-08:30. Alternative parking is available in Lomax Car Park 38-40 Pratt street, a 5-minute bus ride from apartments 134, 214 or C2. Late check-in: An appointment needs to be scheduled in order to check-in outside office hours (9.00 - 18.00) using the contact details found on your booking confirmation. Please communicate your arrival time to Smart Accommodation team at least 48 hours prior to arrival. It can be amended by giving sufficient notice. Failure to schedule a check-in appointment may lead to cancellation, see below: Arrival between 18.00 and 20:00, check-in may be subject to delay. Check-in after 20:00 is subject to an additional fee. Arrivals after 00.00 will have reservations cancelled.
