  The Hotel itself was beautiful and had a very nice cosmopolitan feel to it. The room was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed being able to pop outside into the courtyard. The people couldn't possibly have been nicer and made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door. These personal touches make all the difference, particularly in London (... what people say » where you don't often get that). Location second to none. - The rooms were both lovely but the best thng about the hotel was the staff they were friendly and so helpful they really made our stay comfortable nothing was too much trouble. We left a couple of personal items behind and Sergei located them though house keeping and mailed them on to us. We had cockatails in the bar after dinner out and they were superb and the atmosphere was great.

  The hotel was wonderful we couldnt have asked for more. The staff friendly and helpful, The lobby beautiful and clean and very plush looking. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable.   Very easy to find, easy to check in and the staff were very pleasant. Iwas also upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise.
