Very easy to find, easy to check in and the staff were very pleasant. Iwas also upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room wasspacious and had most things that I required. The concierge service was really great. I was travelling outside thecentre a lot and they got me detailed directions for each of mydestinations. it was easy access to all main attractions. staff very helpfull and nothing was too much trouble. rooms were great and very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly, particularly the concierge. The room was gorgeous and the bar was very stylish. There are no coffee making facilities in the rooms -but this is often the case with this level of hotel.bar prices a bit pricey. like all the hotels in UK, some rooms are tiny. but they were switched after communication; the room near the road is kinda noisy.Small room. The internet access in tv was a bit difficult.The room and bathroom were small and there was a lot of traffic noise. There were no tea/coffee making facilities or bath robes: for the price these should have been included. My only dislike was that the carpet in the bedroom was a little sad - it looked like it belonged to another hotel.Only that the original room at the back of the hotel, although beautifully presented, was cold and draughty. I was, however, given a free upgrade to an executive double at the front. Breakfast could be better value. Lack of parking.

Designed by world-renowned interior designer, Stephen Ryan, deVille Restaurant has a relaxed and elegant atmosphere and delicious modern British cuisine. You can also enjoy a traditional English tea, which is served in a private area of the restaurant.

The decor of the dining room is emphasised by the modern wallpaper punctuated by clear, Perspex-framed paintings and Venetian mask wall lights. Silver, Weimeraner brown and white are the key colours of the stylish restaurant. Lunch is served between 11:00 and 15:00. Dinner is served between 19:00 and 23:00.

The glorious surroundings and vibrant colours of red, yellow, green and silver in deVigne Bar make it a truly fabulous place. The warm and ambient bar offers an imaginative cocktail list, created by the in-house mixologist. There is also an extensive whisky list, which has been supervised by spirit writer and broadcaster, Ian Wisniewski. Light bites and mouth-watering finger platters are served in the bar for hotel guests and non-residents alike. The bar is open between 11:00 and 00:00 Monday to Saturday, and from 17:00 to 22:30 Sunday.
