Absolutely fantastic accomadation, loads of room in our two bedroom apartment no.58 we were both extremely happy with the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the accomadation. Would highly recommend and have already told all my friends about it and will be returning to stay city apartment in the future ideal location for shopping in the bullring

The space and comfort was excellent. The quiet environment was pleasing considering you were close to the centre of Birmingham. It was close enough to lots of local ammenities, bars and restaurants, yet far enough away not to be bothered by them. This hotel is right in the centre of Birmingham so location is great. The staff were very helpful with giving tips for best overnight parking. Check in was very easy and quick. The room was a decent size and very clean, a typical Premier Inn room. The bed was very comfortable (firm, which we like) and we had a peaceful nights sleep, in fact we didn't hear anything at all. Shower was really hot and powerful. Definitely stay again.

My mum and i stayed at this Premier inn as we were going to see Bon Jovi at Aston Villa FC, we really liked seeing the banners of Bon Jovi on arrival. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi to the venue. I have to say i would stay with them again and all the people in Birmingham were very pleasant and helpful.

Wonderful stay and from the moment we were shown to our home for the weekend, it was perfect. Couldn't fault the friendly and knowledgeable service, the apartment was really well kitted out with the basics and also non essentials - really good hair dryer, even dishwasher tablets and we especially loved the Molton Brown shampoo! Views over the city centre were brilliant. Great location too - not far from anything. Brilliant weekend and our home for the weekend could not have been better!
