  My husband and I absolutely fell in love with the Bunchrew House. We stayed in the Lovat Room complete with a beautiful king-size four-poster bed a forest view. The House is castle-like and right on a lake--a perfect honeymoon spot. The hospitality went over and beyond--when they didn't have a drink I wanted on the menu, they went out of their way... what people say » to make it for me (and it was the best I'd ever had!). And the complete Scottish Breakfast was made to order and so tasty. We wish we would have sta - My Fiance and I stayed here for one night. It was absolutly beautiful! The staff were fantastic, the rooms were lovely and we were given a room upgrade on arival. The on site resturaunt it amazing with fantastic fresh produce and it is lovely eating there whilst looking out onto the loch.

  I was very happy with the Avalon Guest House in Inverness. It was in the perfect location for me as I was attending the Florians Theatre. I was made very welcome. There was an excellent choice at breakfast. I would recommend the Avalon Guest House.

  My husband and i were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived, this continued throughout our week long stay, Avalon is a wonderful place to stay, it is quite central so getting out and about is very easy, and the staff have great knowledge of the area enabling you to make the most out of your holiday. We plan to go back there very soon. ... what people say » Thank you very much for taking care of us - The owners were so friendly and helped with information on local restaurants and entertainment.There was a very large selection for breakfast with a great choice for cooked breakfast and fresh coffee. With a side entrance you felt you could come and go without disturbing the owners or other guests ( and no curfew times). The guest house deserves all the plaudids and awards.
