The hotel in general had a nice cosy feel to it. Excellent staff, extremely helpful, cheery friendly and efficient, I travel a fair bit and these were the best I had encountered in quite a while.   Dont judge the hotel from the outside which looks tired and dated once inside you are in for a pleasant suprise. The foyer and reception area are bright and modern and the staff pleasant and helpfull. Our rooms were spotless and well equipped. All in all a great hotel and excellent value for money.   Everything! I was up from Central Scotland for a weekend conference at the Eden Centre and I couldn't have been treated better if I was the Queen.
