The breakfast was excellent and the room with the tv service was also good. The room was nice and warm with a good radiator and the water was hot. I did like that I could make my own coffee and tea inside the hotel room. Also loved that there was a fridge to put my food and drinks inside to keep it cool. friendly staff. Hotel is located opposite a fantastic park, The building looks nice from outside and inside. The staff is very friendly. Room was tidy and clean as for this low price.

Nothing. There was an annoying beeping sound at the entrance of the hotel building and could hear it all night from my room, which woke me up several times during the night. It took me a while to connect to the WI-FI and when I finally did connect, it was extremely slow. Also the duvet wasn't covered up. When I woke up in the morning to brush my teeth, there wasn't any toothpaste provided by the hotel, which I found disappointing. . Minor discomfort is that the street outside is quite busy. They didn't have any fruits or raw vegetables for breakfast. old furnitures and facilities, small room (but it was OK for that price). Central heating was not working properly in my room. The room was very cold and the heating did not work. I asked the staff to deal with the problem and they were very helpful. only one shower in building - not enough for so many rooms without bathroom, que on stairs to bathroom, and in the end it makes utilities dirty fast. Yes, I was given a smoking room without anyone asking if I wanted a no smoking room. Furniture and beds were old and well worn. Room needed updating. Breakfast hours were limited and staff was quick to close doors and shut out guests. no sink plug, rooms were very basic, and very poor quality, paint missing, etc etc not value for money @ 55 pounds per night!. There was a used condom on the floor in the room, the bathroom was falling to pieces! the curtains were a foot shorter than the window, so the room next door could look into our room! There were no plates supplied for the toast at breakfast,On the whole the hotel was filthy ! I will never use this hotel or your website again !. Reception looked OK but hotel room was very very untidy and uncomfortable..mattress was so old and had dirty bedsheets.Had no choice than to sleep on the dirty floor..Bathroom and toilet very dirty and mouldy.Would never recommend to anyone!!Very unsatisfied!!!!.

By air: From Heathrow airport, take the Piccadilly underground line as far as Holborn, then change to the Central Line (eastbound towards Hainault) and get out at Gants Hill station. From Gatwick airport, take the Gatwick Express train to London Victoria station. Change to the Victoria Line (northbound) and get out at Oxford Circus station. Here change to the Central Line (eastbound towards Hainault) and get out at Gants Hill. From Stansted airport, take the Terravision shuttle bus to London Liverpool Street station, then change to the Central Line (eastbound towards Hainault) and get out at Gants Hill. From Gants Hill underground station (central line): The underground station is by a large roundabout with many main road exits. Head down Cranbrook Road going south towards Valentines Park (the road also goes north -after about 100 metres you should pass Bramley Crescent on your left. If you do not see this road, but instead see Shere Road, you have gone the wrong way down Cranbrook Road). The hotel is located on Cranbrook Road opposite the park. By train: Ilford station is located on Cranbrook Road. Turn left out of the station (the Exchange Mall should be in front of you) and walk up Cranbrook Road. The hotel is located opposite Valentines Park, about 1 km further on. By car: Take the A406 East (parallel to the M25), then get off at the junction with the A123 towards Ilford -this is Cranbrook Road, where the hotel is located.
