We often come to Blackpool for a long weekend during the illuminations but hadn't stayed in the Henson before. The location is great,the pleasure beach only a 5 minute walk and away from the noise of the centre. I was very pleasantly surprised on arrival as I wasn't expecting too much! the apartments are pet friendly and are fully equipped, more than the average self catering, nice and clean. The owner and his staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.

Quiet and convenient location with car parking right outside the door yet only 5 minutes walk to the Pleasure Beach. Very clean, plenty of hot water and well equipped. Dog friendly, at no extra cost, with grassed area opposite the apartment for last wee of the night.

the swimming pool and jacuzzi were excellent the entertainment at night was first class especially as I had children with me who were entertained as well - This hotel was always great growing up. Best thing about going to blackpool was staying here.

From the moment we got there they were lovely.
When we pulled up they offered to drive the car to the car park for us as the gap was quite small, showed us around the apartment. Which was clean and very cosy :)

We had a great trip to Blackpool. Mimi & Mark are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Mark even supplied "Valet Parking" which was much appreciated. Accommodation was self catering and good size lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Just a short walk to the seafront and pubs and Tesco,s just around the corner.We would recommend Lindisfarne Holiday Apartments
