what people sayry friendly staff. . - All members of the staff all genuinely appeared to be happy in their roles. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.

I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Blackpool. I stayed with 6 friends for one night and couldn't fault it. Having travelled plenty and stayed at top hotels I wasn't expecting much for the price we paid and figured it would be somewhere that I would have to grin and bare for one evening. How wrong I was. We arrived late for breakfast and were still made to feel welcome! - we could not find a fault with anything in the guest house maria who runs it could not have been nicer she attended to our every need when we arrived she greeted us in the car park it was not full so she even gave us an extra room at no extra cost which made our stay a lot more comfortable for a family of four herself and bill put on a lovely breakfast every morning for ourselves and the other guests i would recommend it 100%
