The piers, beaches, - The hotel was ran by a couple who were more than helpful. On arrival one of the bathroom lights were out and it got fixed straight away. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable and we had a great view overlooking the beach and south pier. It is a great location for the Pleasure Beach as a couple of minutes walk away and right across the road is the tram stop. Friendly family run hotel. Well priced bar and nothing no trouble for the owners. Breakfast was superb and the ability to specify specific items was useful rather than just eat whats on your plate. Room was clean and tidy. Will stay here again. Perfect for kids too with a selection of toys in the bar area. Parking was at the back of the hotel however limited spaces.

We stayed 05/08-12/08/13 in room 8 which is a family room. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids bunk bed were in a inter-connecting room with tv etc so the privacy at night was a bonus! The staff were all brill and made us feel very welcome at all times. The games room is idea when with chidren as you can wind down in there before bed with a game - I enjoyed staying in the hotel they were super friendly with the children the food was fantastic the room was very clean and efficient and the staff were very welcoming we as a family would definitely stay there again in fact we are going back in the summerfor longer this time. This hotel definitely deserves a five star for a wonderful service and hygiene.
