  Moe and Jimmy were the nicest couple you could ever wish to meet. Nothing that was asked for was any problem at all. I only had one issue with the tv which was my own fault as I couldn't see the on switch right under my nose! The piers, beaches, - The hotel was ran by a couple who were more than helpful. On arrival one of the bathroom lights were out and it got fixed straight away. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable and we had a great view overlooking the beach and south pier. It is a great location for the Pleasure Beach as a couple of minutes walk away and right across the road is the tram stop.   We stayed 05/08-12/08/13 in room 8 which is a family room. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids bunk bed were in a inter-connecting room with tv etc so the privacy at night was a bonus! The staff were all brill and made us feel very welcome at all times. We were asked every day if we needed anything and queries were tende... wat mensen zeggen » d to instantly. The breakfasts were very good and quick. The games room is idea when with chidren as you can wind down in there before bed with a game - I enjoyed staying in the hotel they were super friendly with the children the food was fantastic the room was very clean and efficient and the staff were very welcoming we as a family would definitely stay there again in fact we are going back in the summerfor longer this time. This hotel definitely deserves a five star for a wonderful service and hygiene.

  Great hotel in a great location. Sufficient amenities for a short break and excellent value for money. Cas and his family were great hosts throughout. We will definitley stay at The Sandhurst again when we return to Blackpool.   It was turkey and tinsel week (we were unaware when we booked). Comfort was excellent, food was brilliant, table served and a different menu every day with a choice of 5 starters, main courses and deserts. Entertainment in the evening was great and got everyone involved. Proprietors were extremely welcoming and helpful answering queries on where to dine etc. Location is off a side street, we had no sea view but good location - close to promenade ,pie and pleasure beach - Room was very clean, location is fantastic 5mins from pleasure beach and 20... wat mensen zeggen » min walk along the shore to tower and other attractions. Breakfast was good with great service and seen to any requirements. Overall a 10/10 place to stay if visiting Blackpool.
