  From the time I arrived at Bay Tree House, I was readily made to feel welcome by the friendly Cleo.To my pleasant surprise,I was upgraded to a room overlooking the lake, which was great!   Impressive lovely place, good value, excellent layout, fabulous decor and furnishings, big bedrooms (we stayed in the Burton suite - 5 Star luxury) on site parking, perfect hosts Jayne & Steve who are wonderful and welcoming. Can't wait to go back..... - The owners Jayne and Steve were very friendly and welcoming, the whole place is spotless and the room was very modern and comfortable, breakfast was lovely and lots of fresh fruit and cereal was on offer along with a cooked breakfast and plenty of tea/coffee. The location was excellent, very near to the shops and off-road parking was available. All in all a very nice guest house and would definitely stay there again.
