  Helpful staff, easy parking - The facilities in the hotel were exactly as described and the stay was everything we hoped it would be. overall the room was clean and comfortable, the pool and fitness center was more than expected and the staff were courteous, and catered to our requirements promptly.

  We stayed 05/08-12/08/13 in room 8 which is a family room. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids bunk bed were in a inter-connecting room with tv etc so the privacy at night was a bonus! The staff were all brill and made us feel very welcome at all times. We were asked every day if we needed anything and queries were tende... what people say » d to instantly. The breakfasts were very good and quick. The games room is idea when with chidren as you can wind down in there before bed with a game - I enjoyed staying in the hotel they were super friendly with the children the food was fantastic the room was very clean and efficient and the staff were very welcoming we as a family would definitely stay there again in fact we are going back in the summerfor longer this time. This hotel definitely deserves a five star for a wonderful service and hygiene.

  The owner was extremely helpful and was always happy to help - from helping us find a parking space to general chit chat and helping us choose restaurants and cooking breakfast! We were a group of two young couples (aged 19-22) and had the family room for 5 at the top of the stairs (I think it was room 8) and the room was exactly as it had been ad... what people say » vertised - very spacious and very clean/homely. Rolo (the owner's dog) was entertaining and surprisingly one of the highlights of the hotel itself! Th - The Food was Fantastic, Dave the owner and his Daughter were the two nicest people i have ever met they could not do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble for them.It was an absolute joy staying thier and i will be going again. I also recomend this hotel to anyone thinking of going to Blackpool. Stay at the Blue Bell you will have a great time.
