Although the hotel is quite far from the town there is a tram stop on the door step and also no noise from the centre!

Owner was friendly and helpful and welcomed us taking our dog with us. Good vaue for money with excellent breakfast. We were made welcome but also allowed to come and go as we liked. Room comfortable - Felt like another home, staff were excellent, it was clean and we were made to feel welcome from the get-go.
