Beatiful hotel nice renovated.avoid 5 floor rooms,because are of low ceiling, small,not like fotos. Lady in the reception afternoons not very friendly.breakfast good not excellent,personal friendly ,a bit ironic with clients, joking each to other, tables not very clean,oft you should wait along for a simple coffe. For the price are better hotels to choose.

Location is great, close to all attractions in the city . Very clean hotel , staff are very nice and helpful. We have been upgraded to a corner suite and it was very comfortable and nice . everything was excellent , specially the reception staff . I enjoyed my stay & will come again and stay in the hotel. I have request for a very quiet room and there were a restaurant with music all the night door to door with my room+ 15mn of waiting just to take the elevator. It's the only hotel we've ever been that charges for the coffe in breakfast. And the breakfast was ''included '' to the price. It is very noisy in the rooms, because the hotel is centrally located there is a lot of traffic and there are lots of cafes and bars. We all the time thought that the windows were open. Poor service and maintenance.
